Not that big a deal with the news revealed tonight but I did find the brawl repaint at the corona ca. walmart today. He comes with a new catalog confirming june 2008 release of animated.        Also walmart apears to be recieving the delux assortment that consists of only cliffjumper, landmine, and camshaft. They had like 12 cliffjumpers. Good news for people trying to find these figs a person:
I cannot wait to find him.

I'm skipping the Brawl repaint. The Allspark blue does not go well with the desert deco IMO. I am, however, looking forward to picking up Cliffjumper and Landmine. Hopefully, those two will finally show up at my local Walmart soon. Well, I can dream, can't I?

I don't mind the blue on this mold.. I have the original, but I may pick this one up as well. I'll decide when I see it in person.

This is one where the blue really messes it up for me. I know that's a common complaint but I haven't minded it as much on the others.

I like this redeco alot, it's very striking. Not sure I like him enough to spend another $40.00 since I have the OG Leader Brawl.

I might pick this one up, I have yet to get a Brawl at all, and really want a Leader version. The kill markings are great, overall color scheme is good but the blue is a bit too bright. Nonetheless, looks like I might be buying this but I wish the weathering was consistent and not just secluded. The weathering is broke off on other panels and its distracting.

I think the blue is what makes the toy, myself. The desert camo is fairly cool, but the blue REALLY adds some nice contrast, there. It's not used as a primary color on the overall scheme, just a highlighting color, so I think it looks really nice. Have him coming tomorrow via BBTS, can't wait!

I think overall, the blue looks nice on him. Except the cannon tip and clear launchers on his back. They should have left those as clear.

Gotta agree with the complaints about the allspark blue. I don't mind the blue in other Allspark figures, but I think it's too bright in Desert Brawl. -airfox twee:
I just spotted him tonight at Walmart and was going to report on him. Found one, decided to pass on it. Among all the other usual complaints, the one I saw had an absolutely horrid paint job on the head and torso regions. I'm not a stickler for detail (my Concept Bumblebee has a noticeable scratch on the hood right out of the box), but ugh, the QC on this was so bad.
