Looks cool. Even though the entertainment stuff in my house isn't compatible for Blu-Ray 3D, I think I'm just gonna go ahead and get this (or mayyyybeee the 7-disc Signature Edition of the trilogy) when it comes out, just so I can finally have a special features-packed version of Dark of the Moon. Or is there gonna be a simple Blu-Ray/DVD special edition? (And I think it'd be kind of cool if my friend James, my dad, and I could be seen far in the background of a bit of the Chicago stuff - we were about a block away or so when they filmed some of Sam and Dylan fighting near the control pillar. But that's probably just wishful thinking...) By the way: News credit about this? Anyone?
Can't wait to get it. I hope some of those bonus features talk about Sentinel Prime.

So is this going to have the special features??? I have yet to buy DOTM. And when the hell is the DOTM score soundtrack coming out?
No. It was always said the scene would never be worked into the movie. Hence when Optimus and Ratchet come around that corner at the beginning of the movie, all of the other Autobots were cut out.
i didn't even bother watching the un-special features on the first two. Pass. Show me some deleted scenes, concept art and I'm in, otherwise who cares about how they shot a scene?
A lot of people, actually, in particular those who are interested in filmmaking and the methods and techniques used for said scenes, which includes myself.

+1. It's actually the special features, behind the scenes & commentaries that motivate me to keep buying my favorite movies in physical format. If all I cared about was just the movie, then I'd just download the MKV digital versions and be done with it. But I want to know how things are put together, are concepts turn into reality, what changes were made, what was going on behind this or that scene, etc. Proud film nerd. ![]()
