Transformers 4 to Have Two New Leads?

It's movie rumor time! A new rumor has recently popped up on various media websites via SpoilerTV. According to SpoilerTV, Transformers 4 will have a "new female lead that... is a high school senior, and her boyfriend a Texas racing driver" among the main characters.

As with all Transformers Movie rumors, take any knowledge with a grain of salt until more information is available.

Bay has stated it's a sequel and IGN claims it's a reboot. That lowers this articles' authors credibility concerning this rumor.

Whole article should not be taken seriously until other sources show up.

This idea could be awesome or it could fail miserably. I really want to see more racecar transformers. My favorite alternate modes in all of the movies belonged to the Wreckers.

Enough with this stuff already, this already smells like a gender swapped version of the first 3 movies, what happened to being a "whole new direction"? I was actually kinda hoping it'd be something along lines of, anyway to get Dwayne Johnson in this, as the main human lead.

It's most likely the Huntington chick again, since she said she would do a Transformers 4.

A female human lead might be interesting. As long as she's more than just a walking talking selection of tit and ass shots.
Would prefer the Transformers to be the leads but we all know that's never going to happen, at least not with Bay at the helm. I just hope this isn't just a female version of Sam. A Samantha if you will. Will also be disappointed if the story is just a girl dates a racing guy and his car turns out to be a robot in disguise. He always wins the races. Like a Herbie movie. 'Transformers 4: Herbie Fully Loaded.'

I hope this is true. I also hope that they keep the 'sexy character' as the love interest so Bay can concentrate on making the fem lead an identifiable kid like Sam was portrayed as.
