Transformers 4 to Film on Location in London

Casting website Mandy.com has put out a casting call for Transformers 4, containing similar information to previous casting calls, with one additional detail - a filming location is given. According to the details they have posted, Transformers 4 will film at various overseas locations including London! Yes, in 2012 London hosted the Olympics, and in 2013 it will play host to Michael Bay shooting the fourth Transformers movie. It might not be on the same level but it is certainly going to be interesting to see how it plays out.

Difficult one for me. As a Brit i enjoy references to my country, but as a fan of London's gothic architecture, i would wince to see it destroyed. But maybe he'll take out the Gherkin and that horrid new tower so it wont be all bad.

One can hope we're treated to some Cock-er-ney TF's resident to the UK (and I'd love to see prowl in UK police force livery), but more likely it's a case of "The world is in peril, so we need to quickly show a montage of the worlds most famous landmarks".

Good news. Just don't do what Hollywood usually does and annoyingly give the English “Alfred the Butler” accents like they do in all Roland Emmerich films. Not everyone in England speaks like that. In fact, virtually no one does, expect the snobbish elite. I'm sure Americans know that.

Too high for me. I went in it with my girlfriend and a mate and didn't enjoy it at all. That and it was a baking hot day. Not the kind of weather to be enclosed in a glass bubble. Maybe some handy Baysplosions might've helped take my mind off vertigo and being sun cooked.

Many NASCAR drivers are in their 20's. Plus, there was a driver a few years back that was 18 when he made his debut. On top of that, we're not even sure it's NASCAR. It could be some guy that races a beat up stock car on a local track where the winnings total $50. And there are infinite amounts of situations for her to meet him.

Well at least they won't have to re- film a whole new large chunk like Spiderman 1 back in 2001. Hell the movie studio even pulled the 1st trailer because of the helicopter in the spider web between the twin towers.
