Journal Sentinel Online, reports that the Milwaukee Filming of Transformers 3 will be delayed.
A crew of about 150 – including, presumably, director Michael Bay – will film dialogue scenes with several of the movie’s principal actors Monday and Tuesday at the museum, which “I believe, is not a museum in the script,” said Visit Milwaukee spokesman Dave Fantle.
However, the production’s filming at the old Tower Automotive plant on the city’s north side will be delayed until August.
In a voice message, Rocky Marcoux, commissioner of the Department of City Development, said the city was still in negotiations with the production company, and that filming at the Tower site wouldn’t take place until after principal photography in Chicago is completed.
Marcoux said the Tower scenes would involve “a small amount of pyrotechnics,” but “no damage would be done.” Fantle said those scenes would be digitally enhanced for the completed film.
There is a chance for intermittent closures of Lincoln Memorial Drive during next week’s filming at the museum, Fantle said.
Last month, “Transformers 3” held a casting call for paid extras to appear in the museum scenes. No extras will appear in the Tower scenes.

What's small to Bay? He already blew up a village. He might blow up an entire state this time.
