The Business Journal published an article, saying that the producers of the third installment of the “Transformers” movie franchise (Transformers 3) will be filming scenes in Milwaukee and are looking for “executive types” to serve as paid extras in the movie.
Hollywood director Michael Bay plans to use the Milwaukee Art Museum and the Tower Automotive site as locations for the shoot July 12-13, said Dave Fantle, vice president of public relations for Visit Milwaukee, the local convention and visitors bureau.
A casting call for paid extras will be held June 26 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center in the Wright Ballroom. According to a press release, producers are seeking female and male “trendy executive types” and are asking prospects to “look their executive best.”

Too bad i will be at Botcon on the 26th.

Too bad I don't meet their criteria. For one thing, I live far from Milwaukee.

Time to get the suit to the cleaners!
Janitor
Milwaukee, eh? Michael Bay must've rented "Love Actually" recently.
Night Flame
This movie seems to be setting up for a lot of different locations. I hope the story supports all these locations, unless they're going to pretend that every location is actually in the same city.
Nice that they're doing an open audition for extras though. Gives people that want to try a chance for a part.

Interesting.

hmm… might have to give it a go.
Pimpimus Prime
Very cool. Too bad I look nothing like the trendy executive type they're looking for.
