I wonder if Hasbro will do some remoulding to represent this or create an entirely new mould.

My money's on the remoulds. They're too minor changes to warrent an entirely new mould being created.

These pictures don't really show the new mods.. The focus is on Megan Fox.. I'm rather disappointed.. But anyway.. Still looking forward to more pics in the future..

I liked the Autobot symbol on the wheels.

I saw that pic of Megan some days back and It never even crossed my mind to see if the BB was the new body design type.

Pity his lost the hood stripes - it would ruin the chest of the robot mode if he has lost them.

It's Bumblebee. Him and Prime are the cash cows. I'd bet a large amount of money on a new mold.

Maybe it'll grow on me but I'm not really liking this. The placement of the stripes and the rear spoiler kind of detract (IMO) from the relatively powerful, heroic lines of the previous TF1 & ROTF Camaro models. But I'll give it a chance.

I want to own one of those cars tricked out exactly like that.

I'm not liking these stupid changes for sake of changes. ROTF were subtle enough to not bother me but now movie 3 and he changes his look again without explanation while the other bots stay the same? My favorite look for him was in part 2, it's like he went back to some of the TF1 look, now it looks way too much like this car:

As if that yellow Camaro wasn't annoying enough already. Meh.

Except that blinged out Mustang looks waaaaaaaay overdone. BB's changes are a bit more tasteful. Bumblebee is changed a lot because he's the number 1 car for the film to flog, as well as the main Autobot for the stars to interact with, so he's seen quite a lot.

Besides, we don't know what changes are in store for the other Autobots.

I would have been surprised in that case that you hadn't seen the new design for bee in TF3!

I put all the versions together for kicks in order of movies from top to bottom TF1-3 and the Autobot edition at the bottom. Looks to me like they mixed the design from TF with the one in ROTF and the Autobot edition plus a bit of that mustang concept. Confusing, i know!

Reading the list of changes made it sound like a horrible mess but it actually looks pretty cool.

Hasbro now of course have a reason to churn out a whole series of new bumblebee toys, not they needed one but still.

The black spoiler on the bottom of the front bumper. The spliter works like a wing for the front of the car. I helps to create front downforce.

All in all besides the new stripes. Everything looks functional. It makes it look more serious then the previouse versions. kinda fits with the idea that BB is the fastest of the Autobots on the ground. The car has that late TransAm series vibe to it. If it wasn't for the displacement restriction it would have fit.

Did anyone notice the car also looks to have been lowered about another inch? I really wonder why they left the shark fin antenna on top to.

Nah, they just redo the necessary parts and re-release that new deluxe Bumblebee mold that's about to come out.

Honestly, except for the spoiler and the little gaps in front of the rear wheels, I don't really see anything else that they're saying is changed. 'A course, I'm not really a car aficionado.

Looks pretty good, except for the spoiler on the back. No need to douche-fy Bumblebee.

BFD... Call me a hater, but these Bayverse "transforming robots" are not and will never be Transformers. No story, no charisma, no soul. Keep your superficial explosions and insipid sense of humor; I'll take the modern comic universe any day. BTW, why not make the movie about the bad guys - worked for Dark Knight...

I wondered when we'd start seeing the old "These are not Transformers!!!" comments resurface in regards to the new movie news. The fandom never fails to be predictable.

Anyway, Bumblebee looks okay, doesn't bother me if they change him slightly again. I'm more interested in the slight changes they said there would be to Optimus.

Unfortunately it still comes with the three features it has come with since the first version. A Bay, A Fox, and a Labeouf. If we could get it without those completely optional accessories it could be a nice car.

*sigh* anything to make and sell a new Camero I guess.

Unliklley, too many parts of the car have been changed and will require remoulding. We've been told it's about 25% of the parts can be retooled before it become cost prohibitive and a whole new mould is made instead.

LOL! I so whole heartedly agree to this on an insane level. I really don't get why Megan Fox is popular. To me she is only half-way attractive, she can't act worth CRAP and to top it off she has NO facial expressions at all. Its always the same 'void of any thought' drone look.

But honestly, he's only the fastest autobot because they can only get GM cars.
Bee could be outraced by a Focus RS. Fortunately there's no ford in the bayverse.
If they got óne quick european car in there bumblebee would need a whole lot more then just some splitters and spoilers to remain the fastest 'bot.

Still though, nothing tops a design like making it racey =D

I don't understand why people feelt the need to put a spoiler on the rear of the car. Isn't it only cosmetic if it's in the back. If people truly wanted the spoiler to serve its intended purpose, wouldn't they place it in the front?

Other than the new rear spoiler I think he actually looks less "blingy" than ROTF BB.
The thing on the roof is a standard GM radio/OnStar antenna.

Not a bad update. I like the addition of the spoiler and the rims look cool. I'm just not too sure about the new position of the stripes.
