Pauly T:
Mini-Megs!
Obvious Prime:
I call him Mini-Me.

Mini-Me, stop humping the frickin' laser!
Bryan:
Is it me, or the politically-correct term "little person" actually more offensive than the archaic term "midget?"
Beastbot X:
I want a Decepticon to hurl a midget like a pebble.
llamatron:
"little person"? WTF? That's the PC term?

Oh man, I can't believe you've got to use the subject line "little person" when you email them...
NIDARAM12:
I have nothing against "little people" but whenever they are in a movie it's usually a sign of bad Mini-Me humor.
taterx:
I nominate Eric the Midget from the Howard Stern Show!

I agree, I don't have a problem with small people. It just seems that in an action movie it will be a source of bad humor or it will just seem out of place.
RoboticPlanet:
I can't wait for Ewoks in TF2. No one dislikes Ewoks right?
Ash from Carolina:
Oh those evil evil bastards. They just knew I might skip the second film so they decide to put in a midget because they know I'm not going to pass on a midget in a film.

Sorry if anyone is offended by midget but I hate the term "little person", but maybe that's because I'm 5'6" and have family members shorter than me.
ANDROID PRIME:
MICHEAL BAY = LIES

remember
Fit For natalie:
Yeah, I have the feeling this will be played out for cheap laughs, which is the kind of thing Bay loves.

I *LOATHED* the New York sequence of Armegeddon where the black dude argues with the stall owner for no reason, and then the stall owner is killed, buildings explode, people fall out of offices faceplanting the camera (or almost), and the entire scene is played out for laughs.

Pretty much my thoughts on the matter, too. Bay doesn't seem to discriminate against any one given race or type of person, though. He just insults everyone. . .especially the audience
KA:
hey check it out, i can speak little peopleese: yub yub! ichiwawa!
General Tekno:
Hmmm. What would be clever is if said midget is a holographic disguise for a small TF (Frenzy, anyone?)

I'm hoping Frenzy survived.
EmineX:
New Minicons!
seeker311:
Could this be rumble?!
Feralstorm:
R2-D2 cameo!!
Rodimus Mike:
Hey could this be Sams Brother we heard about a few weeks ago on here? HaHaHa.
dinobotdude44:
it's rumble!XD lol

*sigh* yep.
Tr4nce:
My 2 cents:

What if the little person is not to play an actual human being, but actually has to play something in a suit, like the person who did R2D2??
transmetal2dinobot:
Minitron!
ambushbug74:
It's ravage!
MetroBoy:
Hobbits in da HOUSE!
Draven:
Paging Warwick Davies!
This is clearly for the subplot where Starscream wishes he could finally get rid of Megatron once and for all, and a Leprechaun grants his wish.
But the cost of such a wish! Oh, the cost!
Lupis Convoy:
I can see a scene where this side character is pulled out of nowhere by some stupid plot device to go runnign through a series of air vents jsut to either get characters out of a locked room, or to go chasing after a small bot like frenzy.

Oh boy, here we go...

politically-correct is ruining this country

Now whatever happens in the actual film is going to be a disappointment.
Peanut04:
The thing I find most odd is the fact that they are calling it a featured role, but aren't more specific on what they want. Just seems like if its a featured role they would know what they want. I mean 30-65 is a large age gap.
Mexi-Con:
Finding a little person should be half the battle!
Infosaur:
Let's face it the first movie wasn't exactly the most politically correct either.

Spanish dude is told to "speak english",
Indian dude is a customer service rep,
Black dude is fat, loud and plays games on stollen software,

I know there was another scene that left me a little pissed too.
jazz4ever:
he is probaly the VA for wheelie

you left out brilliant.
Ash from Carolina:
Maybe Bay read where fans were fussing that the Decepticons were not tough enough in the first movie so now we will have a midget take out a few of the Decepticons. As long as the little guy has a stick with a nail in it I'm sure he could take out a few of them
JusticeSabre:
Targetmasters!!!
SPLIT LIP:
I've seen little people in tons of stuff, it's not always about humour.
Superion33:
LOL!!!!

This movie is gonna be hilarious!!! I can't believe they are actually going to feature a midget in this film! Lol - add in a new group to the hackers, parents, military group, S7, etc. Introducing - The Oompa Loompas! LOL!

I wonder what the next stereotype is going to be that they are going to cast?

It's a Michael Bay film. Do you really think that a midget is going to be cast for anything other than lowbrow comic relief?
Chaos Muffin:
I stilll want to see a little person HULK, tiny and green, angry, jumping on everything, smashing, GRAGHHHHH!
Fit For natalie:
This fills me with dread because we'll be seeing the patented Bay Humour (TM). Bay Humour (TM) is at best base, unfunny, and often cruel, and my example with the opening New York meteorite attack scene from Armegeddon shows.

Wait, I think Split Lip is onto something. The "little person" could be an educated, successful engineer who has tirelessly spent his life studying robotics. He will portray the daily struggles of a small person having to live in a world so callous to their plight and yet still have the will and strength to strive towards their goals. In the end, it will be due to the "little person's" sacrifice that the earth is saved, showing us that even the smallest among us have the potential for great things in life.

Or Bay could just have him dress up in a tutu and dance...
punio4:
My idea? He's gonna be something like the TF: animated Headmaster...

A grumpy, complexed "little man", who is in fact a genius and serves as the new main villain while megatron is gone, or joins his ranks?

Hope not.

But he's in the Army, where (whether or not you like it), expecting someone to speak English is entirely appropriate and in accordance with regulations...

Yeah, there's a lot of things I didn't dig about the movie, but political incorrectness isn't one of 'em.
Chaos Muffin:
Maybe they need them for some type of robotic puppeteering, doubt it.

Actually, that's not a bad guess. They may need him for motion capture work, which would explain why there's such a large age gap: he'll never be seen.
