Apparently, I'm happy to announce that ROTF had won some awards; which includes Best Sci-Fi Actress, Special Effects and Breakthrough Awards. Awesome Transformers Toys News Reviews had this to say :
Last night's Spike TV Scream 2009 awards for all the best in horror and Science-Fiction gave Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen three awards for Best Sci-Fi Acctress to Megan Fox, Best Sciral Effects and Best Breakthrough Performanse to Isabel Lucus.
Fox used her acceptence speech for the Best Sci-Fi Actress as an opportunity to set the record straight on the rumors swirling around movie town about her future in the Transformers movie franchise. Stating again, that the rumors of her being killed off in Transformers 3 are totally false. Fox also reiterated her adoration, respect and appreciation for the opportunity to be in the movie for what she states as a modest role in the movie. From her award acceptance speech she states:
"I would like to take this moment to actually say something genuine. There have been a lot of false reports concerning how I feel about this movie and I just want to be very clear that I've always felt that I am a very ordinary part of an extraordinary film. These movies took me out of obscurity and they gave me a career and I am completely grateful to everyone involved with this franchise."

...And I thought Twilight getting awards was a shining moment in stupidity...

Best Sci-Fi Acctress to Megan Fox
| DOES NOT COMPUTE
But anyway, good for ROTF.
Dirge121:
Best Actress?
Megan Fox?
These are gag awards, right?
grimlock1972:
megan fox won only the horny teenage guy vote
Poho:
cool. not what i would have chosen, but when it comes to popularity, i would have to guess that Megan Fox trumps them all, followed by any Australian chick.
I voted in this, but a lot of my votes went to True Blood and Star Trek.
Ethereal:
Sounds like someone hit Megan in the back of the head and told her she can't say stupid things
Still though, good for her and for the movie. Since any Transformers movie, Bay or no Bay, probably stands no chance at the 'big' awards (outside of special effects, obviously ), it is nice to see some awards go their way ^_^.
Although I am upset about Eliza not winning for Dollhouse. I <3 that show.
Ephland:
Those are not flattering photos of either Fox or Lucas.
Cyber-Kun:
Megan Fox looks awful in that picture, I didn't even recognize her

When did the award show come on anyway? I'm actually surprised that Megan even showed up to a SpikeTV awards show. Her actions lately would make me think that it's beneath her.
Ash from Carolina:
I'm just glad it didn't win things like best Science Fiction Movie or Best Director.

Fake Meaningless Publicity Awards.

Nachtsider:
Isabel Lucas
Best Breakthrough Performance
wat
TRANS+CRAZY:
Well, at least ROTF won a few awards. Beats it not getting any awards period.
PrimulArchangel:
Now this is funny and sad at the same time lol
1. Megan Fox as best sci-fi actress , i find this funny as hell because shes so not the best and i seen better acting on Sesame Street growing up . And soooo sad because this award will swell her head even more and make her think shes got tallent. I really hope she dies in TF3.
2. Isabel Lucas for her breakout performance.. WHAT ? she had like 10 lines and like 5 min or so of screen time lol. How can you break out in that ? lol
At least the movie won for the effects, thats the only one that really counts.

I personally think other and better actresses deserved that honor.
Star Trek should've won special effects.
Oh,well. I guess good movies can't win them all.

Oh,well. I guess good movies can't win them all. | I figured it would be a tough one on special effects between Star Trek and Revenge of the Fallen. Both had really fantastic effects shots but both films had a few scenes that didn't look as polished as the rest of the film.

Oh,well. I guess good movies can't win them all. | Star Trek? A good movie? Son, you show quit of the drugs. It was an entertaining movie at beast. The best of it was seeing Uhura, the rest was pretty "meh".
alex_kingdom:
ha ha ha 'actress'! lol quite literally.
blackout501st:
well its good to know that the film won special effects. thats all i give 2 shits about. the dudes and dudets down at ILM deserve some reconition!
and isable lucas looks like a dude in that picture. sorry to her fans. but i wouldent really call the atempted rape and dismemberment of shia laBOOF to be a breakout preformance.
nice that fox got the award though. i seem to be the only one on this website that thinks she actualy dose a halfway decent job on these movies. Switch625:
Isabel Lucas won for a "breakout performance?" She was on screen for a grand total of, maybe, 5 minutes, said 6 words of dialogue, didn't do anything interesting at all and, ultimately, was a complete waste of time. What about that is considered "breakout?"

Do you know what does it take for a good movie?
Especially when you bash JJ Abrams and James Cameron.
What will you say next? X3 is a a masterpiece compared to Saving Private Ryan. Maybe in an alternate dimension.
Paxtin:
Tf fans spam voted the awards. lulz
Too bad Bay didn't get best director though. That would have been hilariously awesome.
And yes, I mean that ironically
Switchblade:
So now ROTF has won three awards from a mid-tier cable channel that all basically amount to "best eye candy." Can an Oscars sweep be far behind? Quote:

Fake Meaningless Publicity Awards. | This is true. Take the word "awards" with a grain of salt.

Tho Private Ryan was cool. I just happen to hate the Trek universe with a passion, like you hate Bayformers too.

Way to go TF!
Though, seriously, Megan Fox for Best Actress? That's a f#cking joke.
TCJJ:
Wow, it only deserved special effects. But those two actresses didn't deserve jack. They both suck. And they look like they're wasted in those photos. Seriously, they look ridiculous. But not as ridiculous as the fact that they actually WON those awards...

Oh this has got to be the funniest thing I've read all day. This board for all its bitching and complaining about Megan Fox's "terrible" acting abilities, well I just don't know what to say. America has spoken with their votes like they voted with the wallets. Megan Fox best actress FTW!

In fact I'd say it's just barely standing. More like it's leaning against a wall somewhere in the corner of the bigger picture.
Gingerchris:
These awards mean about as much as awards voted for by my cat. But since something connected to ROTF won something I guess we should all get our little pennants out with 'Yay BayFormers!' printed on them. Would've been more fun if it had won nothing at all though.
