Revenge of the Fallen Devastator Revealed

The face is just weird, especially with a green lighting rather than red. Given his size, I'm guessing there must be a super large Autobot that has not been confirmed, like an aircraft carrier type. Optimus + JetFire is just too little. The Fallen looks awesome (except the Aliens frill). Really tough with the Balrog effect.

Size doesn't necessarily have to equal power. The Fallen is one of the original 13, almost god-like in a way. He's supposedly powerful. Even if he's smaller than Megatron, he's still probably his better.

Devastator and the Fallen are epic!
I can't wait to see Devastator's size compared to another TF. The toy is going to be unbelievable.
Fallen...he looks awesome, the glowing orange like the DW Fallen's fire is great. Definitely fits the "apocalyptic" description that Bay mentioned. The toy is a really good representation of the CGI model, which is cool.

Seeing both of these Transformers on the screen might be too much awesome to handle.

The Fallen looks really great. The design reminds me of elements taken from both the 'Alien' and 'Predator' creatures. I can totally understand why the ancient Egyptians worshipped the Fallen as a God.

I like what I see so far. A LOT. However, I want to see more angles on Devastator, and I REALLY hope the toy doesn't let the design down.

One thing that's funny is that the concept has the word Devastator, so where does that leave Brawl?

I'm starting to think that this guy: forms the right leg.

Nowhere. They'll just ignore it, since Brawl was referred to as Brawl pretty much everywhere else, but only as Devastator in one line in the Movie, some obscure merchandise and the UK movie comics.

After I was looking the images of Devastator, I was wondering where I have seen that face. They alway say that art sometimes imitate life and found what looks like an inspiration.

Zowie! Okay, it's much more "monster-like" than I was expecting, but the more I look at it, the more I start to grin.
That thing is going to own the screen, big time.

I would love to see an image of Prime standing next to that Devi that matches the true size comparison.

Yah, not really impressed at all. I hope it looks great in the movie but I will probably not p/u this one. What a shame. This is in reference to Devastator. As for the Fallen, he doesn't look so bad. I hope he gets rid of the whole Pharoh thing though.

I'd hardly call it beating a dead horse, now that we have somewhat of a confirmation that this will indeed be his name. Now two characters officially share the name, in the same cannon.

Another question is, who's gonna be the main villain after this one, seems like they are going B&R on us and dumping 3 villains at the same time. What the heck are they going to do for the 3rd movie, it won't even come close to this in terms of danger.

The fallen looks like The Shrike from the Hyperion books.

Hey everyone, first "real" post on the boards here, though I've been lurking for a while LOL. Anyway I like these designs for the most part. The quote above is what worries me. Is it confirmed that the movie is going to place the Fallen as an Egyptian "god" the the ancient Egyptians worshipped and built the pyramids for etc. etc.? I really hope not, that alone would ruin the movie for me unfortunately. I guess I'd rather get it out of the way now so I know and am prepared for it when I see the movie. It just seems like a really tired and overused concept "aliens were the egyptian gods." It worked for me in stargate...but ever since then I've really thought of it as a kind of "cop-out" for a writer instead of coming up with something creative and new they think to themselves "OOOOH the Fallen is the Egyptian/Mayan/Incan/Mesopotamian/Insert Anceint Culture here's god...yeah that's the ticket!"

That neck of devastator is a bit weird, must be the angle. Both look effin sweet though. Cant wait to see the movie and the complete toy for Devs.

I really dig Devastator. The Fallen's "flames" work as I figured they would from the toy. Huzzah they changed the design but they did something neat with it (egyptian headdress thingy). Can't wait for this summer.

The Fallen looks like General Grevious + a Lego Bionicle figure + Predator + Giger's Alien

Also, this is now confirmation that megatron is in the movie!

This is awesome, I go to a couple classes and come back to this! I really hope they work Devy's angles out a little better, his head/neck looks like a big, uncircumcised...well, you know...

The Fallen. I'm...not really feeling it. It doesnt really look like it turns into anything and, to use an often abused phrase, looks like a scrappile of metal in a human shape. Even Megs had some elements of 'It turns into this in it'. That and I find the orange on black kind of cheesy. I just...dont like it. Ah well, cant win them all.

Devastator, on the other hand. Hot DAMN that's awesome.

Okay, four designs I've always liked. Let me know when this is a bad thing.

No matter what, something will always look like something else.
As for the Egyptian connection, I see no problem with it. If they went Mayan, it'd be compared to AvP (besides, a rainforest probably isn't a good place for a big METAL robot). Stonehenge is too specific and without exciting history, although that would have been a good window of opportunity. So the logical 'out' is Egypt. Works for me.

The image of fallen starts to make sense, especially considering there is a pretender in this film.

Perhaps the fallen is a different species to the transformers, maybe more of a biologically organic based life form. Not just worshiped by the Egyptians like a god but technically could be some kind of demigod.

Just throwing my thoughts out there.

i hope not. it's too out of proportion seeing how the last movie was like. if Unicron is the main villian in movie 3, it will be full of epic win; that'll cost the producers 4 MILLION!!!

The pose is of Devastator running at you. He is slumped over and is probably animated when he runs with his arms moving wildly as he strides. We don't see most of him because of this pose. He is probably taller. Granted, he is probably gorilla like in proportion, but not as much as this pic depicts because of the lumbering pose.

What is? Is there another picture not showing?

Awesome! The Fallen looks evil! I cant wait to see Devs in motion and how it looks when they are all combining.
