darthrage:
So at Michael Bay's blog, Nelson has mentioned that the prinicipal photography stage for the movie has wrapped up!!!
They can still go back to the locations for re-shoots and pick-up shots but all the big stuff is done. Congrats to the cast and crew!
Now all we have to do is wait patiently as promotional material for the movie surfaces. No more crazy speculation from spy reports on sets. Just anticipation for official movie photos and trailers!!!
Seth Buzzard:
there is already a thread covering this in News.
Super_Megatron:
The news thread stated that Shia was done but they were still filming, not that ROTF was complete overall.
SmokescreenGT:
Cool. Now bring on the first trailer!

His trailer is off the set already I guess. Okay that wasn't serious . But seriously where is it?
Lennox:
Now we just sit back, relax, and wait for the trailer (hopefully before the end of the month).

I have to agree, it does feel a bit rushed, which can only mean one thing:
This movie might go the way of Spider-Man 3: Too many plots, and some will get pushed to the side for other plots to fit in. But then again, this is Transformers, I doubt it'll be rushed.
Omnius:
That's been one hell of an epic shoot.
Anyone else reckon we'll get a teaser around Thanksgiving?

but unlike Spider-man 3, we don't have a Spider-man 2 to live up too.
Ceasar121:
I don't think it's rushed. I just think Bay had in mind what he wanted to do (with all that time from the writers strike), probably had a rough outline that described the action shoots, and needed to fill the gaps with the scenes linking the action pieces. Remember, half (maybe more) of this movie is CGI. Honestly, secondary shooting may have a lot to do with this movie IF there are scenes where it's just the bots and no destruction. How long has he been shooting? 5 maybe 6 months? Seems like plently of time to me.
soundwave34:
That was about 5 months of of shooting I wonder how long it took for Transformers (2007)to be shot.
Even though not that long the shooting must be very concentrated.
But that's a lot of of post production!
darthrage:
not really 5 months, almost a month was gone due to the strike
Ruthie:
Hooray!! Bring on the teasers, trailers and other fun stuff.

(I joined this board just to use those two smilies

)
Railguard:
YAAAAAYYYY!!!!! I need trailers now! Show me the movie!!!!
Delta:
Good to know it's in the can (the garbage can)
