New Videos of Chevrolet Autobots and Images From 2009 Chicago Auto Show bttrax
General Motors designer Stephen Gray has stopped by our 2005 Boards with a link to new footage of the Autobots using Chevrolet disguises in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Three videos relating to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen are currently availabe on GMtv: A design overview of the Corvette Stingray Concept used to portray Sideswipe, a time-lapse video of a 18-foot Bumblebee robot being put together at the 2009 Chicago Auto Show, and new footage of the Chevrolet Autobots with Optimus Prime and Ironhide from various locations used in the sequel that has been edited by Michael Bay himself.

Mr. Gray has also offered to answer any questions our site members may have regarding the General Motors designs, so feel free to stop by this thread on our 2005 Boards and ask away!

Autoblog also has 43 new pictures of the Chevrolet Autobots as they were being revealed today at the Chicago Auto Show, while Jalopnik has tons of images of the Sideswipe/Corvette Stingray Concept. That webpage also contains a press release confirming the names of the Autobots: Sideswipe (Corvette Concept), Skids (Beat/Spark), Mudflap (Trax), and Jolt (Volt)

Cars.com, meanwhile, has a new image of the Corvette Stringray Concept with the rarely sited Ratchet Hummer H2.

I don't know if you can answer this or not but is the SAAB Aero-X concept car in the film or not?
Mega-con:
GM_Designer: Do you hate Ford?

That's all I got.
vektsilver:
UMM did anyone else see cliffjumper camaro sitting next to bumblebee in the bumble bee statue video. Its the one named time lapse.

A Red Camaro that looks alot like bumblebee sitting right next to the bumblebee camaro. I hope this is not a conincedence as Clif jumper would be awesome.
G1Optimal:
Sorry if this has been said before , as i have just noticed it.....

But, is that Ratchet behind the volt at the end of this Video?
dorfsquest:
The Stingray is awesome. I want one... Someday, maybe.... ANYWAYS!

Does the sexiness of that vehicle equal one badass mofo Autobot?
Waveride:
Has it been answered if this is actual in movie footage or something shot separately for the shows?
