It sounded like to me Mudflap was whooping as if it was fun. He is a bit of a nut as his bio states, he is not flying right into Dev's mouth but more to the side, what is to stop him from grabbing the side of Dev's head and pulling himself out of the vacuum? Just a thought. Don't count them dead till ya see it. ^_~

Simmons and his mother, Sam in college, going nuts like his Grandfather, the Underwater scene with Soundwave and co, etc... It all matches up perfectly, including the dreaded cemetery scene. Sure some of the bots have changed, but the story is identical.

I'm speechless.

I know im gonna be hated for saying this but I ****** love mudflap and skidz!

I dont understand all the hate they get. For two completely made up 'comedy relief' characters they have a certain charm about them and heaven forbid me for saying so but appear to have more character then some established autobots.

I dont know why but I just really like them. From what Ive seen so far from the toy bios, comments and footage etc.., they seem to realise they arent the greatest but are still eager to do their best and try to please everyone.

I like their design, I like their characters and I like the childlike simple innocence they seem to portray. They are both just so endearing, and that little happy scream from mudflap as he gets sucked into the vortex just cements this to me. I really hope that isnt the end of mudflap.

I really hope they will surprise the people writing them off already during the course of the whole film. I hope.

that thing sam picks up though, is that menat to be a piece of the allspark? i thought the only piece that survived was the piece optimus pulled out of megatrons body, and that should be bigger than this piece.

I know it was recorded on a mobile but at that angle (& that size) it was a little difficult to make out which TF was which. Seeing all those protoforms shooting through the sky makes me wonder how many will become background characters & nothing more...

Bay has been saying quite a few times that the "twins" become heroes in the end of the film, a complete turn around from what they start off as in the beginning. I suppose one can assume he was imply that they tread through the film, defying death, since he refers to them both as being heroes in the end.

It's knowledge they get sucked into devastators mouth, theirs concept art as well as a board gamed based off that scene. So I think after watching it so many times, Mudflap survives, and the scene was simply to see how we would react to the possibility that he did die.

I hope that Mudflap dies a horrible gruesome death but I know that in reality he'll probably just get sucked in and disable Devastator from the inside. Most likely by accident, trying to reach for an energon snack and knocks the "TURN OFF DEVASTATOR" switch. Sounds like about the level of retarded we've come to expect.
