Prime looks like he will kick some ass. Before he slices up blackout he is actually finishing off another con, if you watch it carefully you see a con go down at the hand of prime, then a quick dash to smoke balckout. I gaurantee mudflap doesnt die. Im watching it at work (hospital) so i have no sound, so my extra senses are kicking and i am noticing more shots.

no, more like 18-30, depending on wether or not the close clusteres of lights are separate meteors or different parts of the same ones

The more I see of this film, the more I think I'm going to enjoy the HELL out of it. At the very least, it looks like it'll be an awesome popcorn munching SFX blockbuster. Couple of thoughts.
I LOVED the clip of Prime kicking ass with the duel swords. I'm HOPING that this is part of a valient fight back from Prime after he gets that faceplate shattering kick to the head. The shot (not in this trailer) of him spitting out some metal had a whole "Okay, now you've made me MAD" vibe to it. C'mon Prime, give us another Bonecrusher moment!
Also: "Fate rarely calls upon us at a moment of our choosing." That is SUCH an Optimus Prime line.

Really awesome, Devs is looking killer with that vortex mouth of his, and i think Mudflap is the one getting sucked into it, you can hear some goofy sounding scream @2:17. and @ 1:26, i think Megatron made that exact same sound when hunting sam in that old building in the first movie.

Nope. It's Long Haul who has all the lights, you can see his green leg in the shot at the bottom of the ocean, as well as the cement-mixer armor (on the left) of Mixmaster and the tread-whips (on the right) of rampage.

Bay said the Twins would end up being heroic.
Mudflap getting sucked in by Devastator would fit that theory. Perhaps he willingly gets 'eaten' as to enable him to plant explosives or uses the allspark shard to blow up Devastator from inside.
Something like how the Rodimus opens the Matrix inside Unicron and destroys him in the 1986 movie.

The only thing on screen at 1.23 is Megatron himself, perhaps with one of the constructicons behind him helping him back to the surface. You can clearly see his face right after that as he goes by the camera.
