Michael Bay himself admits that he could not care less about that, and is above killing her character off out of spite. Nothing against Megan Fox, but i wouldn't mind if they DID kill her off. Her presence in the last 2 movies has never been anything integral to the plot (she's just been there as eye candy for the boys) and her acting leaves much to be desired.

It's not unreasonable to kill off a main character. Michael Bay and his writers have made the focus on both human and robot interaction. If, in fact, they were to kill off her character in TF3 it could fuel a sense of revenge with Sam. We've witnessed autobots and decepticons deaths, why not have a human life taken? Sam has struggled with wanting to be involved in TF2, so why not make it more personal for him and show the struggle of hate and revenge? He's felt almost everything else. As much as I would like to see her stick around, it might not be a bad idea.

Anything can happen. Live, die, become jam or a brand of soap flakes, it bothers me not. If it's true or Bay is just trying to disinform again, meh. It's like some endless Megan merry-go-round on the stay/go and live/die thing, and that's probably the least interesting thing of all.
Maybe next time we'll hear it's halfway between and she dies but comes back as a zombie. A main human death would be good, but it seems Bay prefers to kill robots instead.
Just a pity there's nothing else or nothing concrete to discuss yet.
