define Animated. Animated like the series made from 2007 – 2009 or another cartoon that is animated.

It's just saying that we're going to get a new TF series next year not a show that's a sequel to TFA.
RedAlert Rescue
Perhaps they need a bit more back and forth between cartoon and Toy designers so they complement the strength and weaknesses of each – a bit like was done with Animated.
I feel a reasonable degree of success was achieved like that with some Prime designs – but not all.
haloangel21
Oh, joy. Another Transformers Animated show. Just what we needed.
Legendary Prime
Found another new clap board picture! Possibly the robot form of the "Blood Red" Pagani Huyara!!
Could it be the new alt mode for "Dino" OR the Decepticon Medic, "Knockout" OR the next in line for the leadership of the Autobots, "Hot Rod?"
MV95
I take that back actually. First footage from ROTF was the Super Bowl and the the first trailer came 15 days later.

Hmm, that "Through The Years" page… why have a call-out for Robots in Disguise in 2001 but completely ignore Beast Wars and the Unicron Trilogy? I realize it's just a brief snapshot of history, but BW and UT are much more relevant to that history than RID.

I did some searching. Yeah I did find a treaser for DOTM dated December 2010, however I found nothing regarding ROTF prior to Superbowl 2009, if someone can show otherwise it would be appreciated. Still my point stands, no need for a trailer before Feb 2014, but if we get one, so be it.

CN also airs it here in guatemala, Mexico and the rest of latin america
jackgaughan
It's shown on Cartoon Network in the UK.
Prime Jetscream
Fingers crossed for actually good movie toys.
SouthtownKid
SEGA arcade game in 2014?! I'm excited to see what SEGA can do with the franchise, but that gives me less than one year to figure out where the hell an arcade still exists.
Lazerwave
I just can't wait until I see some Dinobot toys.
MV95
Wrong. DOTM had a trailer in December and ROTF had one before the Super Bowl as well.
Jammer8red
Why would Hasbro Let Cartoon network show Beast Hunters? Are the episodes still going to play on the Hub? And does CN not have content of there own? Inquiring minds don't really care, but still slightly curious!
Autovolt 127
I cannot wait for that "Animated event".
Autob ironhide
Trailer wise I see a teaser trailer or a leaked first trailer coming in November.

Predicting a trailer at the superbowl really isn't anything special, its been going on for a very long time (recalls ID4 teaser way back in January 1996…)
ROTF & DOTM both had their teasers revealed at the Big Game as well IIRC. The only reason TF1 got a super-early teaser a year in advance (mars Rover footage) was because it was the first film and the studio wanted to build up anticipation. As much "Bay Hate" there is out there, you know were all gonna see it when it comes out also its almost a shoe in to make another Billion dollars, so I dont think anyone involved really cares to get the teaser out too soon (except for the investors of course who pay them big $$$)
Also, can we stop the Transmorphers talk? It is in no way associated with Hasbro. Who really cares whether asylum makes another crappy ripp-off or not?
Omega Charge
It seems this is a British-based magazine, so does that May 1st date apply there, the US, or somehow internationally? It's possible a street date in the US will be earlier.
Spider 001
Yay! The pegs will be overflowing with 50 billion crappy ass deluxe cars once again. And half of them will be Bumblebee repaints that nobody wants. Something to really look forward to!
