High Quality Chevy Beat Image and Chevy Trax Sighted at Transformers 2 Filming in Philadelphia

I wouldn't have expected Animated Bumblebee to show up in this movie, and I sure wouldn't have expected him to be green!

The green one could be Cosmos or Wasp (from animated) and the red/orange one could be Cliffjumper or Gears...

There are loads of Bots in the TF-verse that Mr Bay could use to name these two, I agree that if he calls them SS and Swipe then he's making a mistake, and will upset a lot of fans.
What's the deal on already used names though? could one of these guys be Cliffjumper in the movie?!? given that multiple repaints of Bumblebee were released as him in the toyline? would that not be a little confusing for some people.... 2007 - here's Cliffjumper, you didn't see him in the film but he's a red V8 concept Camero, 2009 - actually this is really Cliffjumper! he's a little city runabout that gets 48 Mpg!!

Just had a call off Micheal Bay, (we're close friends )he's confirmed that they're NOT gonna be called Sunstreaker and Sideswipe!! they're gonna be Grimlock and Astrotrain!!

If they were not meant to be Transformers, then why would these two cars hang around with Bumblebee so much? Transformerslive Blogspot has new pictures and even a video up.

I think theres a high chance that at least one of these will be a bot, lots of appearances, concept car, and tricked out.

Vasp and Cliffjumper

Im happy the twins reformat, they could be rack n ruin. Anyway i like the cars i don't think sideswipe and sunstreaker would suite them but its a new universe so they may be different. Also like Jazz in the original, like whats been said i don't think they were bays choices. So heres the roundup of who we think/know to be in remember about 10 on each side [they said the 1st movie 5 one ach side but it was 5vs8 so they may chage. Autobots 1prime 2bumblebee 3ratchet 4ironhide 5jazz 6&7 the twins, 8arcee [i hope the rumer of her being bike combiners is wrong and she is 1 bike] 9 wheels [the remote controll monster truck] leaving 1 we don't know yet possible wheejack although it might have been an april fool con on us. Decepticons 1starscream 2barracade 3scorponok 4jetfire 5soundwave 6&7 orci confirmed both ravage and laserbeak would join soundwave 8 the audi concept 9 the construction earth mover, leaving 1 we but if we asume megs returns or the fallen himself, they may add 1 or 2 more as to make the threat seem more like they did in the original. Also i have a feeling the chinease helicopter not the car is blades. Think about t the polie car we saw in china town the helicopter spooted near sams universety, i'll look at the pics again im sure there is 1 pic of it there as well. Hopefully more transformers are yet to be revield, it seems the leaked draft with magnus and hot rod were fake.

Those cars are NOTHING close to Lamborghini's stature, I don't know why the first thing most people are thinking is Sideswipe and Sunstreaker. Heck the first thing I thought when I saw a red semi-compact was Clifjumper and after reading someones post I realized that green one would make a decent Hubcap. And being around bumblebee during shooting, wouldn't it make sense that the "minibot" characters would stay close.

Then again there is the Bay factor, Bumblebee went from VW Bug minibot to big muscle car. That considered, these things could be anything, from made up bots, to bastardised characters, to simply street racer character's cars that are planted to sell future chevy product.

I think they look cool. Nice to see some more color for the Autobots.
As for who they are, no idea.

I wouldn't be surprised if these cars are indeed Sunstreaker and Sideswipe. And yes these cars are quite a departure from their G1 forms, but It's not the G1 world here. So don't look at this movie through your 1984 view finder. Bumblebee is the warrior now. So if the twins are smaller bots now then so be it. Though I think It'd be cooler if they were Topspin and Twin Twist, just to give those characters some respect. We all know we can go on ebay right now and buy both these guys MISB for $40. So It'd be a nice step up for them

But still....Runabout and Runamuck would rule too. Though I highly doubt Decepticons would have such bright colors.

My own personal preferences (if indeed they are Autobots) would be for Cliffjumper and Brawn.

Now I think the the red car can't be Cliffjumper !! In the toy he is a red camaro and in for what it seems he and Bumblebee are made of the same protoform mold !!

Runabout and Runamuck would be cool for those two cars, IMO.

Who knows who they'll be, though? They may not even be named after characters who were "brothers" in past TF universes. Heck, they may have totally new names.

I doubt the first movie toyline is going to limit alt modes for the second movie. Just look at Arcee -- she's apparently going to be a different kind of bike (or bikes?) than her TFTM1 toy.

I don't think Bay would care about a repaint that hasbro did to dig up a few extra bucks.

I pray to God it's topspin and twin twist. those vehicles aren't worthy to be Sideswipe and Sun Streaker.

I'm just hopeful that we dont get two bots that finish each other's sentences (flashback to those Crimson Guard twins from G.I. Joe.... yeeesh).

The Chevy Trax looks awesome, I hope it's a new robot because I'd hate people going all LOOKS NOTHING LIKE G1 on such cool vehicle!

first, i wish the first film was more serious, too much comics here and there, and the ending...not good, boy kills megatron? also hackers..?! we don't need them, could have used more time for the bots instead of the bunch of hackers.

2)Please try to license other cars besides USA. European/japanese. I know it's costly .. but it would definitely upscale the TF world.
