Some of you guys might remember our report on Frito-Lay’s Transformers 4 Age of Extinction campaign in Turkey. Each package includes a password card which has different character images such as 3D renders or package arts.
Fellow 2005 Boards member ersankasal managed to collect most of them, and kindly scanned and posted them in our forum. They include Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Crosshairs, Drift, Hound, Lockdown, Grimlock, Strafe, and… Slog! He was rumored to have a Generations Voyager class toy, but most considered him a Slug typo. There he is, in his full glory, appears to be based on Generation 1 Sludge which takes the form of an Apatosaurus.
You can check out his package art, and other images at the attachments after the jump, and follow TFW as we bring you the best news, first!
Update: Now we have our first look at Snarl! And he’s… I can’t even tell what he turns into. He reminds me a lot of Prime Predacons. His Kre-o toy turns into an Ankylosaurus/Stegosaurus hybrid. Check it out the attachment.

Sorry. Pic added.

What's the difference between the large and small cards?
ersankasal
Yep. There are two sizes. Small packs have only one small card like bottom row. Large packs have one small card and one big card like top row.
tonyformer
Are these cards in the Cheetos bags?
ersankasal
I don't think that Cheetos or Hasbro or else will screw about that. At first, my nephew texted me that he has "Slog", and I (thought I) corrected him as Slug and thought they had screwed. But everything seems alright and I'm waiting for brand new cards. Again, today there was nothing new. Sorry guys.
tonyformer
Lol ok. I was starting to say, that is a really F-ed up name for an Autobot
ersankasal
Cards are actually for children to play. "Autobot Joker Kart" is the same as a jack in a deck (which is just an Autobot logo)

I'll be driving to all my local super markets looking for this
Cosbydaf
I would be okay with this.
tonyformer
Anyone care to discuss what or who "Autobot Joker Kart" is? Look at the name on the card above The Strafe-Bumblebee card.
Dachande
It's extra ribbed.
It'd be cool if Slog's neck was like BWTM2 Megatron's with segmented rubber.
Ramdomaccess
Probably but hear good things about the movie dinobot rubber
Fallout
slog is indeed a voyager
AutobotAlvaron
Slog? Why??? I like "Sludge" PC or not, so that's what I'm calling him. I do hope that we get a Leader Class of him, but being a peripheral character, I expect a Voyager is the best that we'll get. Oh well…
ersankasal
Believe me, they do. One of my early shots:
RedWolf
Attinger: I have an army.
Cade: We have Seven Dinobots.

I would suggest his armour is too erect to be ankylosaurian. Stegosaur osteoderms are hyperelaborate. Plus they have them in a lot more of the body than
most people think
And this is fun and entertaining for me. The sig is not just cause i think it's funny. No worries sir. I did a whole thread on this for Grimlock…preeeetty much because the idea of classifying this stuff amuses me greatly. I've a friend who did the same for Godzilla on his national geographic blog. Oh the looks his wife gave him. He even did an evolutionary tree for the Kaiju in Pacific Rim

-I'd say helmet as all of his other figures have the helmet, and if they're based on the same art then they'll probably share the design, but the quick shot of him in the designer video shows a painted bright silver head that looks more like the face. Hopefully he has a face with a removable mask and then everybody's happy.
– Hopefully not, although they'll definitely reuse the chest plate and shin parts.
– Snarl and Slog should be in keeping with the medieval theme, so both will have knight-like helmets and melee weapons. I predict a battle axe for Snarl and a Halberd for Slog.
– He has a toy listing but apart from that we know absolutely nothing. If he's in the movie at all he must be a minor character, and may die early on…

Now that I would love!
