TF@LAMB has a report by The Movie Chronicles stating that TF:ROTF will be closing the Queensway Bridge in downtown Long Beach, CA both today and tomorrow

The report includes mention of "precision driving...with car stunts and explosions..."

Oddly I when I read this I pictured that ice cream truck being involved in some awesomely mind-blowing stunt.

Geez, is this Shanghai action sequence the entire movie or what? It seems like that's all they've been filming for the last three months...

Spy photos and set reports are fun and everything, but we just keep seeing the same things over and over and over again. Where are the other Autobots? (if there even are any), where's Arcee? Where are the Decepticons?

We usually find it funny when seeing some Chinglish phrases or sentences...

Now, it's even funnier seeing these, errr..... what's the word? Englinese?
Come on. Is it really that hard to get someone translate those properly? Some street signs makes no sense at all.

Nevermind, it'll still be awesome to have some freakin giant bots smashing each other in China XD

HAHAH, yeh, I know what you mean. LOL I don't get that one either, even that was supposed to be some kinda "artistic touch" by some old interpreters.
Well, that was just one of the 2 major versions for Screamer, the other one actually call him Star-scream or Screaming-star literally, which is what I prefer XD

I mean, I'm fine with grammar errors, but really, why the heck is "quantity of production" on a yellow triangular road sign? That's just simply hilarious.

The scene I witnessed was a traffic scene where they were driving down Shoreline Drive and then 2 flatbed Trucks merge into traffic. THEN BOOOM!!! One of the two trucks blew in half.

NOTE: The Autobots were not in the blow up scene. That’s it the stunt guys got out the cars and the Helicopter flew off. But man that truck blue the trailer hitch right off. Then I heard that it may not have gone according to plan. Both trucks were [supposed] to blow up.

I have my brother going down there to take photos. Told him about it this morning. He isnt a Transformers fan by any stretch but lets face it a movie with as little info coming out about it as possible just makes it almost fun to see if you can get something no one else has.

It would be nice to be the one contributing photos for once instead of waiting all the time.

Anyone notice how beaten up his "splint" is now? Sounds like they're trying hard to incorporate his hand injury "realistically" into the film. Hopefully it means not too much CGI'ing & thus mis-editing will occur.

I do shudder to think what they've got Sam going through to get to that state - even pre-Shia accident, it looks like he was destined to get f* up.

Well, after seeing the latest set video, either the Corvette Concept is an Autobot, or that was the most orderly chase scene in the history of movies.

Yeah, I'm taking it as a good sign that all those cars were Autobots. Anyone ever notice that you never see Prime leading the convoy?(no pun intended) Didn't he almost always lead the other autobots down the road?

Maybe the silver car (a good chance it's an Autobot) has found something and has to show Optimus (and a few others), but has to lead the way since none of the other Bots know where it is.

Lookin' good so far. I cannot wait for a teaser trailer.

That first video is awesome. I can't imagine standing there by the side of the road as Prime and the Autobots drove by. Priceless.

On a side note, I wonder where Ratchet was.

I hear ya, that's what I'm wondering. Where has Ratchet been?? I don't think I've seen him being filmed very much at all if any. I remember those weirdass Trikes being filmed earlier on but I don't even know if that is SUPPOSED to be Arcee or not.

I'm going to be pretty disappointed disappointed if so....and what about Jazz?? I heard his voice actor had been spotted on set to read lines or something awhile back?? Was that just part of Bay's misinformation campaign?

The only part in the first movie I can specifically remember him leading the pack is when they met back up with Bumblebee and the cube and he and Jazz "drifted" their back-ends around.

And yes, I do remember him leading the Autobots the majority of the time in the original series...but they also used to travel together through different terrains side-by-side horizontally in a line too...does anyone else remember this??

So let me see if I can piece together the plot for Revenge of the Fallen, based on what we've seen so far:

1 - New Autobots arrive in China: an ice cream truck, a new Corvette and Arcee. Turns out the ice cream truck is actually two ugly compact cars held together by frozen energon-creamsicles and Arcee gets blown up before anyone even gets to see her.

2 - Sam goes to college and is badly burned in a horrible toga-related frat party.

3 - The remaining Autobots pass the time driving around in China, enjoying the now apparently Decepticon-free world.

Prime is their leader thusly they would want him protected, even though he is a force to be reconded with on his own. Will have to wait and see what the idea is there once we know the story. There may be a good reason the 'smaller' bots are staying in front while Ironhide and Optimus and brining up the rear.
