Optimus Prime Mask Pack-In with Movie DVD Revealed dvd
Thanks to TheTransformers.net, we have our first look at the Optimus Prime mask that will be included with the 1-disc DVD of the movie when it is re-released it on DVD on September 2nd along with the 2-disc DVD with transforming Megatron case and the Transformers Blu-Ray 2-disc set. As can be seen behind the mask, the DVD packaging remains the same as the previous 1-disc DVD release.

Eh, if it was the 2-disk version it would be more interesting, but even then I still wouldn't get it, as I've already got the 2-disk edition. I think the only way I'll buy it again, or pretty much any movie I already have on DVD, is when something new comes out and replaces DVD's entirely. Kinda like the DVD has phased replaced the VHS tapes, though I still have some movies on VHS, lol.
Drake:
Meh. I've already got the Transforming case version that Target had.

Pics of the Megatron case? Would really want that
DeceptiKreep:
Think I will pass on this one ... really nothing special about it.

I don't think there are any pics at this time. I did a search for it and could not find anything.
shibamura_prime:
As a DVD completist for the movie, this is awesome news. ^_^
Nutcrusher:
NO! That's so lame! The DVD's been out for less than a year. They don't need a new packaging.

    Dang redecos and such. Pass.
Railguard:
I don't get it, they will put out repaints by the dozens and repackage other items but when it comes to putting out new items, they drag their feet.
Randomus Prime:
Why are they re-releasing the movie when they are readily available and overstocked at all stores? More waste of shelf space. For the sake of marketing and new packaging, geez.
Velcrohead:
Why would I need the mask if I've got the voice-changer helmet, which is by far much cooler?

    Marketing gimmicks FTL.
Takara_destron:
    Boooring.
Spider Striker:
...Why do I want this? Someone please tell me.
Bahamut Prime:
Good for collectors... but for myself... shouldn't the mask and the Megatron case be released alongside the Optimus case?
justinRODimus:
i want the megatron case even if i already have the optimus case. i dunno why, i've never bought two of the same dvd (except for spiderman, i had thought i lost it, bought another, then found the old one) but i think it would look cool next to my optimus case!
Monzter:
    walmart has a this listed

Transformers: Bring Home A Hero (with Bumblebee Mask) (Exclusive) (Widescreen)

    http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...ct_id=10100118

so looks like bumblebee gets a mask also...

i pre-ordered the transforming megaton case to go with my prime transforming case.. and both transformers steelbooks...
