Geeese, give it a break already.
We all know he is somewhat of a moron, but really, didn't this happen in July?
Deceptigtar:
I like how he "might" have his license suspended, I will be surprised if he does.
MasterPrime:
Well thats good to hear. I'm sure he's happy about that.

Cool. So, any new leaked concept art?
The_Bardock:
Wait I didn't think it was possible to refuse a breathalizer test. Last I heard if you tried to refuse they would forcefully take a blood sample and test that.
ShortCircuit:
Oh ya, can't refuse a breath test. License suspended? Hah, just the beginning, cause like bardock said they'll take your arse to the station and Bubba will break out the needle.

Lil scrawny Boofy. He can't drink..look at him. He had a White Zinfandel and that guy looks like he'd play connect the dots.
Wonder what his bac was anyway.
MetroBoy:
Well, I for one hope that he has gotten a good scare out of this entire situation, and understands that being young in Hollywood doesn't automatically give one a right to be stupid as well. He has a great deal of talent and hopefuly a long life ahead of him. Considering the outcome could have been far worse, it would be a shame if he didn't learn from this.

Jesus... I sound like my dad.

Maybe he was just looking for clues, at the scene of the crime.

Also, Fixed!

Last I heard, refusing any kind of drunk test was an instant DUI charge, regardless.
Railguard:
Alright, thats it. He is a tool. The court system is rigged and I smell corruption. He isn't getting charged? If that was me, I would be in jail, fined like their was no tomorrow, probably lose my house, my job, and much more. This punk, gets arguably nothing. So Paris spends, what an hour in jail, he doesn't get charged, this is crap. Oh well. Sorry for rambling everyone.
Dropshot:
If if he was injured, he should be charged for DUI. I wish him the best though.
