Hum, Buster deco for Jetwing Prime without Jetwing parts?

I dunno. If we get any more leader optimus figures I'm going to have to build an addition onto my house.

Chances are it's just the jetwing...minus the jetwing parts. Hopefully they'll do the buster paint-job for this guy.

After Buster Prime, it's gonna have to be pretty damn impressive to get me to buy another one.

I've been thinking that there would be an updated leader. I think Takara used the other one for the Jet Wing because it was already made to get a backpack.

That'd be disapointing to get a Jetwing Prime redeco minus the jetpack. I hope it's a brand new mold.

Me too. I would love to see what haskaromy would come up with. I imagine just as detailed as the rotf leader but more pleasant to transform and mechtech ports in strategically placed places...besides, it makes sense, considering kids might want a leader prime to take on sentinel but might not be able to afford ultimate prime assuming this "new" leader will be sold here eventually unlike jetwings prime

Depending on how this one looks, might bite on it. Jet wing prone is expensive as crap, and bigger than the jetfire prime combo I'm guessing, if not the same size-ish.

I think jetwings is defnitely bigger by a substantial amount.

I was thinking that Hasbro might release the Takara remolded jetwing Optimus without the jetpack, and so now it looks like Takara might do the same...

Hoping this thing at least has swords and guns. Always struck me as odd that Prime wasn't getting a US leader figure for dotm. How are kids going to fight Sentinel? Ya ya there are voyagers of both but still

I wouldn't hold my breath seeing this before January 2012.

Hasbro does three Leader Class figures per year. We're getting Sentinel Prime, Ironhide, and Bumblebee.

I can see this being part of Leader Wave 2.

If we're lucky, we'll get Shockwave and Megatron, but I wouldn't hold my breath for those either.

I'm probably like many here that miss the chance to get a buster prime in a decent price I hope this new leader deco or what ever is come with all the nice stuff chrome better paint apps and awesome mold make us happy please!!!!

the rotf leader prime ia as close to a masterpiece as you'll get. they could tweek it a bit and damn that would be impressive!

I'm suddenly getting the feeling that this is Buster Prime with good paint aps, the remolded parts from Jetwing prime without jetwings, and retains swords, but with battle mask.

My guess? A possibly Buster-like deco with the new Jetwing abs. Would buy.

My hopes? New mould even better than ROTF leader. WOULD BUY SO BAD I would slam my fist down on the left mouse button with the fire of a thousand suns when I go to click "add to cart."

Not necessarily. Look back at last year: two Leader-class releases and only one new mould. You could argue that Battle Ops Bumblebee is a Leader, I guess, but it wasn't sold at that price point. While the three Leader per year convention has been true in the past, it won't necessarily remain so. The point about an apparent lack of Leaders for Prime has already been made.

Thus has been my thought all along. The possibility of it being the original, non-Buster mould with the new abdominal muscles and a Mechtech weapon should also be considered.

The Hasbro Ultimate Prime is also scheduled for a Takara release according to the solicitations on FMH.

At the 'risk' of being repetitive: Leader/ultimate Megs?!?!.....Shockwave?? after all we already have a definitive Movie Prime (albeit minus the new abs, but then who cares about them!)

Uh, me? Movie accuracy! it's not just his abs, but his entire waist and abdomen.

And word has it from pretty reliable sources that there's a Leader Megs coming. Then again he's a given. You don't not have a Megatron.

If it really is a DOTM leader Prime. I hope it looks as good if not better the ROTF Prime. And I hope it's affordable. My hopes for DOTM leader Megatron and leader Shockwave.

Oh i really hope so, truly i do! that mac-mad max truck makes for a beautiful alt mode vs. shitty cybertronian pile of robot bits that previous movie megs look like!

also ROTF Prime is two movies worth of screen accuracy and great molding vs one movie's altered torso, i'm not paying for what is at best a slightly retooled version of a fig i already own

if they would just give us a leader megs as good as rotf leader prime. if theres one character worthy its him and its long over due!

I'm pretty sure it's just gonna be the Takara DOTM prime with no GATTLING GUNS OR JETPACK, and a really boring paint job, with lots of exposed dull gray plastic. as is Hasbro's usual style these days.
