If it sees release in the UK as well, £100 would be a great price when you consider that's what 20th Prime cost in TRU.
He means on the business side. If Takara can sell it for $350 then they made good business wise. They don't have to sell lot of figures. Its all about the math and not the trolling. At $100, Hasbro has to sell at least 3 figures while Takara has to only sell one figure.
Uh..... Australian to US dollars isn't all that great Convert Australian Dollars (AUD) and United States Dollars (USD): Currency Exchange Rate Conversion Calculator I'd be 150.79 in US dollars....
No, that's the real exchange rate. Hasbro's international TF prices are calculated by the F.U. exchange rate. So, a USD 100 price will translate into GBP 100-120 ($ 160-190) or EUR 120-150 ($ 150-200), etc... And believe it or not, it's actually a bargain. Normal FU exchange rate is the US price multiplied by 2 or 3 ![]()
I also made sure the frontpage said "probably $100", though Griffin's intel is usually spot on the mark even when it is a guess. I trust his knowledge of the way things work.
Im unclear on the $100 USD vs $150 AUD. the AUD is worth slightly more than the USD, TFs are just more expensive in Australia? Or theyre both unconfirmed rumors?
I hate that this "$100" is being taken as news, when it's nothing more than conjecture. The OP even states that it's a guess. He actually uses the word "guess." It could prove to be a correct guess, but it's still just a guess.
