Reveal The Shield Wreck Gar Instructions Reveal Alternate Junkion Head

Not looking forward to spending that much for Junkion troop building? It seems Hasbro has us covered. The only way to get a remolded head on Reveal the Shield Wreck-Gar was previously through the E-Hobby exclusive United Scrapheap. However, now Hasbro's instruction sheet for Wreck-Gar again reveal an alternate head robot in their images. Not sporting a closed of faceplate like that found on Scrapheap, he does have a visored head.

I assumed this would be the case. I'm just hoping it'll be in a different color scheme so I'll have a second Junkion for Wreck-Gar to lead.

cool I didn't think they would leave it as an exclusive I hope its in different colours from both the Ehobby toy and Wreckgar just to add verity

Yeah... I knew I was ordering the eHobby set for the Blue Rodimus. I've accepted how expensive it was for me to get him.

As for this... How many more waves of Generations are there? We have this, the obvious G2 Prime repaint (Scourge), Scourge's repaint, Frenzy...

Seems like at least two more waves beyond the current one, and that would take us to mid-summer or early fall...

yeah me as well I'm a sucker for clear repaints. Kup and Scrap Heap are IMO just good filler to justify the price with kup being an interesting screen accurate repaint and Scrap Head being something nifty like Dion.

Thats why I hope Scrap heap in the Hasbro line up has a different name and colours. That way he is still a special odd ball but also then the Hasbro toy can be something special.... cykill or maybe even armada Sideways?

This news may be the final nail in the coffin of any possibility there may have been of me ordering the e-hobby Autobot set.

Besides, it's not really a surprise, as others have said. I mean, how many other characters can you really repaint Wreck Gar into?

Good news! He'll definitely go well with my Wreck-Gar. I wonder if Hasbro will get around to releasing these new-headed figures like Black Shadow and that Kup remold before DOTM....

i'm still getting the e-hobby pack. That Kup will save me from getting United/Generations Kup, plus the blue roddy will be a nice display piece, and Scrapheap will be another mindless junkion troop builder.

Wreck-Gar is coming out pretty late in the line as it is (meaning finding him could be a problem). Assuming Hasbro actually does issue a repaint, will it EVER hit anything close to market saturation???

For some reason, I feel that this guy will make this line, but some of the other ones look like they might just miss it. The lugnut remold,scourge remold, and Black Shadow remolds scream to me "next line". It might just be because we've seen the E-Hobby repaints, but I just have a gut feeling this will make it out this year.

I'm wondering if they'll keep Generations going through the third movie being out and it's accompanying toys...... I'm already seeing more product on the runway than I think they can comfortably get out before the new Movie hits.
