Well, it will never make it to my local Meijer. We still have Demolishers and Wheelies warming the shelves. they won't discount them low enough to leave more room for the newer waves. booooo!

I called Target using that DPCI, and they said no locations near me have it in stock, but what the lady said next, was even more baffling.

She said the item was discontinued. If this is a new product, why would it say it's discontinued?

Thank you Hasbro Team A, I still have a Classics Rodimus from when he first came out, But re-releasing Rodimus less than a week after Protector came out? New level of Awsome guys. Although since neither of them can HOLD the Matrix, the chain it originally came with in the Galvatron release would have been prime.

Reading the Comic, all the figures minus Ultra Magnus and Galavtron where the newer version, so..... are we getting a new Warpath?

Tell me about it, I've been wanting one ever since Hot rod was first released.

Got mine today from Amazon. At first I thought the Hot Rod looked horrible but it's starting to warm up to me now. I rather like the bright red and some of the other paint apps (minus the blue windows, that was a pure fail).

About the windows, are they clear plastic, or light blue paint?

Not even the Reveal the Shield stuff. I think they are going to wait until after Christmas and bump the price back up.

Nice find, how does it compare to the 3-figure set with Galvatron. I saw the 3-figure set before and while Cyclonus looks nice in the 3-piece set, Hot Rod looked like crap. The paint and plastic combination made him look so cheap and plasticky.

How does it compare this time around? I may be tempted to get yet another Hot Rod. I already have the Henkei and Classics releases.

Just wanted to say that I found this set today at my target. The transformers aisle was pretty much bought out so no go for me. I decide to walk into the ladies section looking for some Christmas socks as a gift and lo and behold this set caught my surprised eye as it was sitting in a cart of those random items that the target workers were collecting. I was so stoked!!! I was very happy and full of glee. Even better was that the morning before I found the TF aisle of 2 tracks, 2 jazz, and 1 red alert. I scooped them all up for $8.49 each!! Now I need my dreadwingggg!!!! Merry Christmas to me!!
