Just saw a bunch of pics,

Don't know if i'm alone in this but im kinda underwhelmed.

Combiners are 1 robot and 4 drones. Dont like any of the esthetics shown (robot or alternate mode).
The only thing i enjoyed is HA Jazz. But i didnt think he's buy worthy.

Am i alone in this :S.

Looks like the 5 pack power core limbs dont have bot modes But I can live with that. The rest of the line looks spiffing. I'm looking forward to making a Huffer maximus

Too bad they are just little drones. Was hopefully since the new pictures make "bruticus" much better looking.

Man some of this stuff is fucking awesome. I love Toy Fair I love that little Hot Rod car.

Forrest Battle Prime is Want also. So far, I'm up to $80 bucks. Crap.

Pretty clearly, they don't.

I wasn't loving that part of the line much, BUT, clearly ALL the scouts in the line are being designed to be "Combiner Core" figures, so THAT should make for some cool play/display options!

But what really sold me is this:



So this guy is an EX-Combaticon, and the fiction they built up on just this one box panel makes the whole concept so much more appealing. If the copy on the rest of the product has story-hooks HALF as good as this, I'll be loving this micro(?)-continuity!

Nope, They Only Have Vehicle And Limb Modes, Which SUCKS!

Really liking WFC Bumblebee. Him and ROTF Deluxe Ironhide are on my must-buy list for this year.

I'll have to see about HA Jazz. He looks nice but at $30 a piece it's a bit more than I'd like to spend on one figure right now unless it's unbelievably awesome.

So I didn't buy any of the ROTF toys due to no interest in them but was the giant size devastator a big sell out. Is that why they extended the concept into the next series? And I thought most people were not happy with that toy.

New Bumblebee mold

So badass!

Looks like the new Deluxe class Bumblebee figure in alt-mode. Which, imo, looks odd, but not too bad. It's definitely misstransformed, so I'm going to wait to see more of it before forming an opinion.

Deluxe Ironhide actually looks really good, imo. I've already got a Voyager Ironhide, but I could see myself getting this version too.

Totally sold on them Power Core Combiner 5 packs... I'd have kept them in combined mode anyways. They just look bloody cool.

The War for Cybertron toys look fantastic. Optimus looks badass, and so does Bumblebee. Definitely getting both, along with Megatron on first sight. Hooray for Cybertronian modes!

The 5-pack Power Core Combiners...yeah, looks like I just saved even more money from Hasbro. And as for the whole PCC thing in general...meh. I'll get Huffer first and see if I become interested. Speaking of whom, upon closer inspection, he doesn't look that bad. Guess I was wrong about the Movie aesthetic becoming permanent...or was I?

THRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUST! My favorite Conehead gets his long-awaited turn for a Classics/Universe/Generations release. Hasbro seems to be getting that head of theirs out of their buttocks. And a Drift toy? Oh Hasbro, you tease. You big tease. And the Straxus-err, Darkmount toy is nice, too. At least now we can tell by the packaging color for which toy is from which series; regular toys in yellowish gold, Generations toys in red.

Human Alliance Jazz...you know, he doesn't look bad either. When I got HA Barricade, I told myself that Barricade would be my only Human Alliance purchase. But it seems that Jazz may be joining Barricade, what with Jazz actually looking a lot more feasible than his deluxe-sized counterpart.

Speaking of the Movie toys, the only one that I actually give a crap about now is Deluxe Ironhide. It's weird; there are toys out there that people love that I just don't like (ROTF Leader Optimus Prime is overrated! You heard me!), and then there are toys that everyone hates that I like. Deluxe Ironhide here, is one of those toys. Bought on sight. Jetblade doesn't look too bad, either, might consider getting him (that Dirge mold is growing on me).

So yeah, might be an expensive year for me, might not.

I'm really digging the PCC figs. They seem to be similar to the Energon combiners, but done right. Better proportions, and more aesthically<sp> pleasing to the eyes. Not to mention better hands and feet!

Drones again is kind of a bummer, but seeing as the limbs are scout sized or smaller, it's understandable.

Ugh, WFC toys are looking like shit without all the Photoshop.

Hopefully the molds will be good enough to make up for crap looking plastic colors.

So much cool stuff! Man, even as drones these combiners are awesome! I think Bombshock's drones will follow him around like ducklings with missiles, when he's on display. (Of course, I don't have a display, but if and when I do...)

Dorifuto-sama is sugoi! I like him very much, even without the extra "baggage" that only makes him too awful to resist.
