Board member influence82 has shared with us a pictorial review of Hasbro's shareholder gift for Toy Fair: RPMs Speed Stars Optimus Prime:

To reward stockholders at their annual shareholder meetings, Hasbro gave out RPMs Optimus Prime as a shareholder gift. Even though I am a Hasbro shareholder myself, I was not able to attend the meetings or even know if I qualify to begin with. It has a exclusive deco similar to the TakaraTomy Shareholder Gift as seen below with Choro Q trucks.

The left side is the mirror image of the right side, so there are 2 Optimus Prime headshots on the toy, making 3 total if you count the bottom. It is kind of like having a tattoo of yourself on your own body.

If someone told us earlier about this then they would have received the news credit. I really did not consider this toy review newsworthy actually since the shareholder toy has been out for a while. I even reviewed Vardia Red Starscream but it was much later after the release of the toy.

Trust me, i wouldn't make a conscious effort to bring up Steve-O unless i absolutely had to. This just happens to be the one time in the history of mankind where he's even come within spitting distance of being remotely "relevant" : P .
