Free shipping coupon code isn't working...

I'm trying to order the Shadow Microns alone. The code says $100 or greater... and I'm not using any other code..

Here's what I get:

I love ToyArena, they're located in Cali and that is a huge plus for me. I started ordering from them last year and they've always had that free shipping code. Because of that, all the times I've ordered from them, I try to buy over $100 worth of stuff. Hope they never get rid of that.

ToyArena should show they charge $20 for shipping then ship flat rate with limited packaging.
