....This is just cruel.

If I want a Grimlock from them I need to pay roughly $50 after shipping. Please BBTS, start your pre-orders soon so I can have a Grimmy Christmas
Paladin
And Soundwave's already in stock too...

No. Can't justify the cost.
MechaV
Caved.

Red Alert should be here before Christmas for sure, TFsource I believe is getting theirs in on the 13th.

BBTS, save me with Grimlock though, if they're priced right I'll order the full case of 3 with Blaster.
Omegax80
I don't understand the need to pay inflated prices just to get one first. These will be hitting retail this year and in 2013. Why no patience?

Because toy collecting is serious business.

I'm actually not bothering with them because I'm not very impressed with either figure.
deliciouspeter
Not in time for the game, not in time for xmas?

ATTENTION BIG BAD TOY STORE:

Where are the preorders for FOC Grimlock??

As you can see from my screen name, I NEED to preorder this NOW!!
minimaster

oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!
Omega Charge
3 to a case means he hopefully won't be too hard to find. Dying for his release here!
RodimusDawg
Thank goodness for x-mas money. Cannot wait to get the FP-Battlion set and now this in time for Christmas.
Pcm979
Waiting patiently for his UK release. At least this early release will get some reviews in, let us know if there are any issues and the like.
AnegefalosGR
I'll wait for Greek retail release for the lulz

You and I both!

Gonna watch BBTS all day for the heck of it, I'm off work today and Grimlock is waiting!

Plus I have a feeling a BBTS preorder won't be too far away.
scypris115
I'll wait for Grimlock to hit retail, Blaster is a pass.
Blitzwing2008
i really hope bbts or tfsource gets these pre orders up soon and i will so buy one
peaces
i'll wait for video reviews and for this to hit retail stores
megatroptimus
Too bad the actual figure won't look half as good. Stupid Photoshop!
kaijuguy19

Thank god they changed the case assortment. the only voyager i want from the line, so far, is Grimlock. So, hopefully, there will be enough showing up at retail for everyone to find one in the wild.
Bossguy
Grimlock. He is awesome looking. I hope he lives up to everybody's expectations.
Grimlockimus
And now my ideal Christmas haul will be:

Wave 3 FOC deluxes
Masterpiece Red Alert
Voyager Grimlock x3
Voyager Blaster

Why is Blaster so much more expensive than Grimlock?

Weird for the new mold in the wave to be cheaper than the remold.

Because he's only 1 to a case where Grimlock is 3 to a case.
Scorpio
He has a lot of back kibble (The whole head becomes back kibble) in robot mode and rather thin legs... if you buy it, buy it for the alt mode - the robot mode does not look like it is worth it.

Oh and can someone please mod the tail, it is meant to be atleast double the length it currently is - at the moment it looks like a stump.
Chaos Prime
A most promising Grimlock indeed. Yees.

Hearing this, hopefully I can find this guy at retail.

It's very odd that BBTS still isn't even listing this.

This shouldn't be something tough to get, but after the FE debacle, the DOTM missing toys, the animated missing toys and everything else I'd rather just have him in hand so I went ahead and ordered one.

Probably totally unnecessary (it's awfully early in the line for those kind of distribution issues), but better safe than sorry.

Where I live (Ontario-o-o-o-o)

Both my Toysrus/Wallmarts of the area are closer to Bazaars than stores, and I have long since understood that new releases being released a few months, or not at all have become the norm. As such I am more than happy to order it from RK, and I have had nothing but great service them them in the past.
allew
I'm holding off on Grimlock for now, but if Hasbro/Takara makes the other 4 Dinobots in 2013 for the Generations line, then I am all in!

I hope so. Several stores in my area seem to have given up on the Voyager class.

That...sounds like a Grimlock to me.

I think the robot mode is nicer on this figure/design myself.
Grimlockimus
How much longer was it that BBTS put their soundwave preorders up after Robot Kingdom? Does anyone know?
MisterGuyMan
Was there any Grimlock toy that handled the alt mode's head well? In other words are there any toys that didn't resort to just having the head hang back there as kibble?
Pcm979
Classics had it as an extremely doofy pair of shoes. Your opinion may vary on whether that counts as 'well'.
BAD187
these arent tf movei/bay ugly, but for tf th designs in most cases are still ugly imo.

the original g, the war within and the newer comics with the updated graphics (infestation? infiltration?) also good good. but nothing is quite as good as g1 and to a lesser degree war within.

Haven't most of his iterations had that as part of his character appearance anyways? The actual character - not the toy. It's never bothered me in either case. Then again, he's my favorite character...
TacomaPrime
I want 2 grimlocks. 1 to put in each mode. Loving his robot mode.
Prime Jetscream
I am so getting this.
If I can...

WE ARE OVERDUE FOR IN-HAND IMAGES.
Autovolt 127
I'll wait for retail since the store will overstock the hell out of these guys by the begining of next year.
Omnus
Soundwave & Soundblaster have been available overseas for several weeks. They have yet to be available from a North American source in any way.

Blaster & Grimlock being available overseas before the end of the year in no way makes it likely that we will have them available from a North American source before the new year.

Just thought this should be pointed for everybody who thinks that BBTS (or some other North American source) will have a pre-order that will make Blaster or Grimlock get to them in the next 20 days.

Yeah Grimlocks tail is too small. And the Bot mode looks too TF Prime-ish.

I may eventually get Blaster only because there hasn't been a real one in decades.
Hippie Trooper
As badly as I want this new Grimlock, I cant justify that price. I'll wait patiently for a state-side release.
Later
Keith Prime
When I saw FoC Grimlock was up for preorder at RK, where I'm probably going to make a preorder purchase very soon, I was going to order him when I make my other order. But for $35+shipping it isn't worth it, when I can get him for half that, eventually.

FE Bulkhead; FoC Grimmy; maybe FoC Screamer; & Prime Breakdown, if he ever gets a US release, are all the TFs I currently have any interest in getting (recently found the other FEs I wanted).
