I want TC. I really, REALLY do. But that's awfully expensive...especially if Hasbro does their own version (which they should).
Still, the site says the amount is only a placeholder. I pre-ordered for now just to be safe.

I preordered too. I'm sure they will likely be closer to what the normally price for the AM's. Skywarp was 45.38 with shipping so I'm sure it will be closer to that maybe just a tiny bit more.

That's definitely more reasonable. I don't want to have to shell out a large amount of cash for this figure.
Though I did just buy Skywarp of eBay for about $37 shipped. Part of me wants to wait a little longer to buy the figure to see if I can get it for cheaper than BBTS is selling it for, but the rest of me doesn't want to have to wait any longer than I have to.

To be honest that's kinda what has me wondering too, Takara's been cranking out AM repaints at an insane speed...yet these are characters we should end up seeing at some point if the show's going to keep going like they plan it to.

Yeah, I'm sure it will go down. And the good thing about BBTS is you can cancel if need be, so if you don't like the final price you can cancel and wait for a deal. But I think these are some kind of exclusive so I don't think they will come in the numbers that the other AM figures come it. So it's good to get that pre order in there and make sure you're gonna get him.
Congrats on Skywarp, that is a good price for him. He's a great figure and very pretty. Though, I don't really care for the microns.
