I was just checking out those Massive Black concepts, and if you scroll all the way down, way, way, way, way down, they've also got concepts for Transformers 2 and even Transformers 1! Concepts for Sideswipe, Jetfire, etc.
+Looks like the ball bearing robots/Overkill was supposed to be Insecticons and there was supposed to be a whole lot more of them. Enough to form a giant colossus robot.
+Lots of very different "Jetfire" designs ranging from very ROTF looking ones to very G1 and even Robotech looking ones.
+Early Lazerbeak designs. Yes, ROTF Lazerbeak!
+A very cool pic of Megatron sitting in a chair, much like the Fallen, with a bunch of other different Decepticons around him.

Fans Toys redesigned their figure from the ground up, so they definitely put a lot of effort into it.

I like the visor on the Fans Toys version a lot more than the individual eyes on the Takara version, so I'm still interested in it.

Really enjoyed the return of the longer episodes. Also, I always love when people give Hooligan more love. Found him at BotCon for $5 complete, and he honestly might have been my favorite purchase at the show. I would really love it if Renderform or Headrobots made a Hooligan upgrade kit for HFTD Terradive.

I don't think we're going to see Sideswipe or Red Alert here to be completely honest. I think because of licensing issues we aren't going to see them in the US. I think if we were going to see these types of figures in the US they would have come with alternity, which I think similarly never came over due to having to get the domestic licensing.

I Love the Cyberjets as well, I would give up so many of my current transformers to find a 2005 Richochet and R-blade to trade, I have at least 2 Jetfires and a Hooligan Misc, and one each loose, and a few of the others, I don't remember exactly which ones, Was not such a fan of the F-117 mold though as it can be somewhat.. frail.

I have seen knock offs of the various robot masters releases in stores, but the color schemes are nasty, also a R-blade KO, but it also is not that great

man, that figure looks so cool, and your discussion with Vangelus made me finally open up my 2005 Ricochet. Picked up a loose set from the club nearly 2 years ago, and just never got around to opening him up. I've got Universe Windsheer, but now that i've played with Ricochet, I really like this color scheme a bit more.
