I'd like to add that using your thumb to take a pulse (be it carotid, radial, femoral, pedal, etc...) is frowned upon as your thumb has its own pulse and will throw off your readings and rates. Use your index and middle finger, or if need be additionally your ring finger for better surface area detection.

Yeah, the episode was about a week late. My schedule has been crazy, had to travel, rearrange my apartment becuase of remodeling, and my job has been insane. Just a super-busy couple of weeks. Gonna try to get 205 out ASAP to make up for it.

It's OK man. We really can't complain. You guys give us hours upon hours of free entertainment. Sometimes it's actually fun to hear everyone's speculation about new product after we've seen the reveals.

The bath salts beginning was hilarious. I've seen people on this stuff at work and it isn't fun. Takes days to come down off of it. You'd think the person was dying by the end of that detox.

Loved the PCC talk in new pics. I'm also a fan of them, though nowhere near enough to drop $80 on a set.

Pretty much. I mean, I've generally been a fan of the idea & in many ways even the executions (Bombshock for instance is something I really can't say enough good things about), but that's in terms of being a retail priced toy. For something that's gonna go above & beyond my wallet's expectations, it's gonna need to be something that offers more to me than a new colour scheme, especially since I don't even think I like many of them better than the mass released ones.

So in that respect, I'm a PCC fan. However, I don't see them as being worth the 40+ dollar range because I look at them as being cool toys that in some cases border into being collectables, rather than something that mostly wows me as a collectible & also works as a toy, if that makes any sense.

That Red Ninja in the Retaliation three-pack is also intended as a modern update to Slice, the Cobra Ninja from the Ninja Force line in 1992. Transformers fans, you might know him from his appearance in the G.I. Joe comic issues that served as a G2 Transformers crossover and lead-in to the G2 comics!

And that was justification eneough for me to pick up the set.

Also, PCC's... I really like the United color schemes. I've put Marine and Tank master on preorder and that was the only set I could sorta justify.

Speaking as a fellow Canadian...I'd really appreciate it if people in the US Would come over and take a couple of Bumblees off our hands...that's probably the reason why we haven't gotten anything past wave 1 yet...

Yep, Australia has the same problem. The retailers haven't gotten rid of wave 1 of the deluxes, voyagers and cyberverse figures, so we haven't gotten any of the latest waves.

Well to be honest, I think the fact that we were at one time swimming in FE Primes & Bulkheads (well not really, but for the sake of illustrating my point to exaggeration lets say we were) kinda stumps our right to moan about not getting the new Bumblebee repaint.


Also to TedimusPrime, I didn't mean that it'd be the Podcast that puts you to sleep, but just that you could listen to it while you sleep, type of deal. Pretty sure you got that haha, but these days one can never be too careful.

The U.S. isn't doing any better battling the swarm of bees. I just got back from the store and found literally 20 with the rare cliffy among them.

Unfortunately I lack the ability to change anything about the podcast itself. Someday I shall pry away that power from Vangelus, I promise you... but not today.

yeah, i'm a fan of them as well, but not for that price... if BBTS clearances them out later, i may try to get a set or two, but mostly i just want some of the later molds that didn't get repainted in the US... i do dig those unified color schemes though...

just re-listened, and im on a Star Wars kick now so i decided to come and drop a several-months-late infodump on Captain Fordo

Basically, Fordo is in charge of a group of ARC troopers who took part in the Invasion of the Separatist planet of Muunilinst. They basically landed behind enemy lines and took down targets using handsignals to communicate the whole time. After they helped win the Battle of Muunilinst, Obi-Wan immediately sent Fordo and his team to rescue a team of Jedi trapped by Grievous on the planet Hypori (in my personal favorite sequence of that entire microseries). Later, Fordo is seen assisting in the ground defense of the Separatist Invasion of Coruscant, the capital planet of the Republic.
