Rescue Bots High Tide, Blurr and Salvage Toy Fair Official Images

Posted on 02-13-2015 at 10:26 AM by Sol Fury under Rescue Bots
TRANSFORMERS-RESCUE-BOTS-HIGH-TIDE-Playset-2-1 Hasbro have also released some official images of their Rescue Bots releases ahead of Toy Fair 2015. On show here are:

High Tide, a playset figure with a blue mini-sub - the mini sub is apparently High Tide, with the steamship being his ship which it sounds like he can pilot. The ship acts as a playset for the Rescan and PVC figure releases.

Official images have also been shared for Blurr and Salvage, who are also reported to be joining the larger "Elite" class releases - and the current Rescan assortment will also add classic versions of Bumblebee, Blades and Chase later in 2015 - but if you want to see the new helicopter Blades now, check out the High Tide images - you'll see Blades on the landing pad.

Rescue Bots will also be bringing out some all-new "scene packs" based on scenes from the cartoon - with the first two being the Shark Sub Capture with Blades and Dr Morocco and the Tunnel Drill Rescue with Chase and Graham Burns. Rounding off the Rescue Bots announcements, there will be two more basic sized "Featured Bot" assortment figures like the recently released Boulder and Heatwave - the pair will be Optimus Prime and High Tide.

Rescue Bots Blurr Revealed and Released at Hong Kong Retail

Posted on 01-28-2015 at 07:39 AM by Sol Fury under Rescue Bots
27493683d1422421246-rescue-bots-rescan-optimus-blurr-found-hong-kong-11 Here's a pleasant surprise - a new Transformers toy we knew nothing about has arrived at retail! TFW2005 member Kaiser reports that he has found a Rescue Bots version of Blurr at retail in Hong Kong. Blurr is a flashy looking purple race car with the style and aesthetics of the other recent Rescue Bots releases.

He's been found alongside the new mold Optimus Prime, who is a new sighting at retail in Hong Kong. There's been no sighting of Salvage, though, who was also previously teased as coming soon - so perhaps Blurr has raced into the new assortment ahead of Salvage?

Rescue Bots Season 3 Episodes 11-14 all airing on 1 February?

Posted on 01-21-2015 at 05:18 PM by Sol Fury under Rescue Bots
888470_transformers_rescue_bots This one is a bit of a mystery, so take it as a rumor for now.

TV listings including Zap2it and LocateTV are listing that the next four all-new episodes of Transformers Rescue Bots are all set to air on 1 February. Four episodes, back to back, starting at 7am, if this is to be believed.

The four episodes listed are Season 3 Episode 11 Did you see what I thaw?, 12 The Attack of Humungado, 13 Thieves Like Us and 14 Time After Time.

Take this as you find it - the listings on Zap2it are unclear on the latter three episodes, and we have reports that at least one fellow fan is seeing the first four episodes in these slots on their DVR. But if you're a Rescue Bots fan, you may want to set these up to record, just in case new episodes do show up at the given times.

Rescue Bots Season 1 Box Set Confirmed for Australia

Posted on 01-21-2015 at 05:08 PM by Sol Fury under Rescue Bots
bhe5999-cover-bhe-website Further to our earlier report, Beyond Home Entertainment has now confirmed that they will be releasing a complete Season 1 DVD boxed set for Transformers Rescue Bots. The set collects all 26 episodes of the show's first season, and is expected to be released on 2 March 2015.

Beyond Home Entertainment has also posted a listing for a DVD "Serve and Protect", which is also due to be released on 2 March 2015, and is expected to feature 7 episodes, based on the DVD's runtime of 154 minutes. It's thought that these will be the first seven episodes of the show's second season, given that Beyond are releasing DVDs with the show's entire run in order.

US fans, you may wish to find a way of importing these if you want the whole run of Transformers Rescue Bots on DVD, as Shout! Factory have announced they have no plans to do complete season boxed sets for the US.
