TFW2005 boards member uranusdd (original source via Weibo member 软体动物), shared with us another new project, this time headed by the toy company Ori Toy, most notably known for their Acid Rain toy line. We don’t have much to go off of right now besides one image that reveals they are working on some type of Optimus Prime figure, slated to be released in 2015. What the project entails is not known right now, so time to speculate and share your thoughts by hitting the discussion link below!

If he’s complete I’ll take it.

50.00 shipped in the US.

How much are you asking?

Looking to sell my copy if anyone is interested. I would keep it but had to start working from home permanently due to covid and I had to bring all my toys from my office home and need to declutter the collection. He is in great shape but does not have the original packaging. Photo of my copy is just a couple post back.

Yeah, I'm trying to be zen about it. Emphasis on "trying". In the meantime, I have him holding MP-13's Megatron gun.

That's awful! I have a figure that's been stuck in customs for over 2 weeks now so I know the frustrations of waiting on overseas packages. In my case it made it out of China before the New Year/Virus issues but I assume bulk inventory is taking priority over individual packages in US customs right now, but I honestly have no idea.

Wow, nice deal at under $50. While I got a decent deal at Robotoybase, I did not have such luck getting it all in one piece. I received it yesterday but the fricking blaster was missing out of the package! Just an empty clamshell insert where his blaster should be (and a tape seal at the bottom of the box already cut). Needless to say, after waiting over the extra-long Chinese holiday, I was not happy. Tony at Robotoybase told me he'd contact the factory and get back to me. Hopefully, his good customer service reputation will deliver and get this problem solved. While I am hopeful, the timing is not so great because of the indefinite shipping delays.

Dang, Prime looks pissed about something!

Mine showed up today. It’s pretty cool. Glad I didn’t pay more than 50.00 for it. I really dig the inflated/puffy manga style of this guy. He definitely has a more animated look to him which is a nice departure from other primes in my collection.

Yes, what Daimchoc said (thanks for answering), Robotoybase. There was a delay in shipping due to the holiday, but it has arrived in the US and I should be getting it any day now

Whre did you order it from?

Cool to see this thread still buzzing a bit. This thing has always been on the far end of my radar and saw one used on eBay for super cheap so I snatched it up. Looking forward to adding him to my collection.

Such a great figure, must have bombed big time for it not to get even a nemesis repaint.
Kryptyk
I just ordered mine and don't have it in hand yet, but wanted to let you know both versions are now deeply discounted at Robotoybase. The regular version is $60 before shipping, which was around $16 for me.

I've been thinking about getting this one for so very long. Last wee I finally had the chance to hold one and it was great!!!
For the ones that have it, do you recommend it?
Is it possible to pull out the hands? (If I wanted to install an axe)
Kryptyk
Ah, the one that's been out of stock. Nice!
Electro Rush
Its the first extreme sets release. I also have two detolf sized sets but they're stored away.
Kryptyk
Thanks for showing this! Yes, I think it's fine for a display pose. Saves me some money Nice background by the way! Is it Toyhax or Extreme Sets?
Electro Rush
He holds the gun a little more loose than I'd like but its doable.View attachment 28516701
