Fit For natalie:
Wonder what's up with the postponements of TakaraTomy stuff lately. Oh well. that's what you get by setting a hard target date.
Bgrngod:
I link to a page in all Japanese? Anyone care to translate the important bits?
Sol Fury:
Important part is at the bottom:
Release date
Product will be available 2010 / 2 (in other words, the release date has slipped from December to next February).
Eric:
Good. Hopefully it'll get canceled, so Takara-Tomy realizes that a crossover between Transformers and Disney just won't work.

It's worked fine so far.
Bring on the Goofy/Ironhide!!
soymonk:
I wonder who'll be next.
Lumpy:
i need this and mickey still...was hoping the disney store would cash in on this and release it in stores though...maybe they still will...
SpoonsTheSecond:
And the only fan of these toys yelled in anger.
Nutcrusher:
As impossible as it is, I hope the delay is due to fixing his alt mode into Herbie...
DecepticonSpike:
Gives me time to save for it. The Mrs. Loves Disney, I love TF's, so the Disney Label line is the best of both worlds for us.
samtastic:
As Donald would say Waaa waaa waaa oh fuck!!!
the unacronner:
hehe this thing is really odd....its like they gave an 8 year old seven bags of skittles then right when he was about to peak on the sugar they asked him what kind of transformer would he like to see designed..and this duck thing was what came out of his sugar saturated brain.
IACON:
I'll never understand this Disney/Takara crossover....
Takeout:
.....And the world breathed a collective sigh of relief.

Really? Transformers are a fun, creative toy. And then there's Donald Duck. What is not to understand? Transformers aren't all about macho guns and violence. Let us not forget they are toys. What's wrong with a cute giant robot duck and mouse. You don't have to buy it but I think it's fun as hell!
frilly toothpick:
who cares, its overpriced garbage.
Backscatter:
Hmm, Mikey Mouse was enough for me anyway.

You pay 45 dollars FOR A SCOUT.

What the hell man, if you're not buying it what difference does it make to you at all?
You can falsely state it won't work all you like, but clearly Mickey has sold well enough to expand the line to Donald. It's also pretty clear that some people are enjoying them. You protesting otherwised despite evidence to the contrary is just wasting your own time, man.
Nerdicon:
They need to make a Sora transformer that turns into ROxas and stays that way. FOREVER!
Sorry I've been playing 385/2 days too much.
jessecuster:
Darn, I was hoping to get this for my girlfriend's mother for X-mas. I got her Mickey for her birthday. She is a huge Mickey fan and loves it.
I love the Mickey one and am a much bigger fan of Donald so this one is perfect for me.

I have Mickey and it's bigger and better made than a scout.
It is an overpriced, expensive japanese import - but almost every transformer from Japan is a large markup. And we're all fools spending too much money on plastic crack

Isn't it like 80 bucks for a henkei seeker? At least with the mickey and donald (and god willing, Goofy) the molds are unique to Japan.
I do wish they would do an American release.
DecepticonSpike:
If they did do an American release, it would probably be a Disney World exclusive, like their Indiana Jones and Star Wars stuff from a few years ago.
Fairlady_Z:
Big fan of Donald and all things Disney Ducks. Preordered mine a while back, guess this means I just have more time to save up money, fine with me.
