Sweet. If I get these they are staying in vehicle mode and the kreons will be driving them. Where are jazz's hands?
Bass X0
Forget that. Mini-figure Jazz has a visor and a seperate pair of eyes!
Opticron Primal
Interesting. They come with a mini-version of themselves (except Sideswipe) and a holo-driver.....
D-Unit
Those are pretty cool. I would hve loved them if they were out in the 80s
Stune
Kre-O Fort Max please?

I would pay $100+ for that easy, especially if it comes with a bunch of figures, like the larger Star Wars Lego Sets

That's so Red Alert can come with a Mini-'Swipe...

these actually look pretty cool, but, I'd be more interested in just the mini-figures
conleyh2006
would be nice for the head sculpts got some pretty nice heads on them
Quixote_Prime
Yes, please!
Airspeed
These look very cool, I look forward to them coming out

If the line profits enough, it'd be the only place they could ever really get away with doing a Large, G1 Styled Fort-Max at that proposed pricepoint. And have it be appropriately bulky, blocky and modular to form City Mode.

I'm also hoping for Omega Supreme.

The smaller cars don't look that great to me, but the larger ones like Prime, Sideswipe and Prowl seem to look at least manageable.
RW8U
The lack of hands on Jazz and Mirage is frustrating.
AdmiralSnackbar
Can they transform without taking them apart? That's what bothered me about build to rule
flywheels
I doubt these will be LEGO quality, but some of the sets do look entertaining.

It won't have the figures but I'm sure someone here can put together a Fort Max with parts from the Lego catalog.
M'Kyuun
Admiral Snackbar, these do not transform; they have to be built into either mode, just like BTR.

One wonders why they couldn't have engineered them to do so. Although many of the pieces here are modeled from LEGO, it's not LEGO, so they are free to engineer any kind of custom pieces to suit their needs. I'm beginning to lose hope that we'll ever see a truly transforming line of brick-built toys, at least on this side of the globe.
GAUGE0001
I'll be saving so much money passing on this craptacular junk.

I'm kinda wondering if they didn't just pull his visor down over the eyes. His headwear doesn't seem to go down as far as the others.
Railguard
Easy pass....thank God. When are the Prime toys coming out???
e3nine
I'm no doctor, but looks like they spilled the beans on an upcoming Red Alert .

Fosterlager
For lack of any other G1 characters or Classics-style releases these days, I'll probably give Mirage a try at least.
Shinobi Rendar
I hope Jazz and Mirage get released in the same scale as Sideswipe and Prowl.
DESTRO
These are awesome!

Not true. I was at Toy Fair in the closed Kre-O room(No pics allowed). They had 20+ kits on display and they feel just like Lego. There were many G1 kits on display with just about every major player having a Kreon. Awesome! The movie toys SUCK but I'm buying these.

Any recollection of a Shockwave or a Megatron? I can't imagine either not having gun modes, official or easter egg.
Ravenxl7
These look pretty cool. Not sure if I get any or not. I'll wait for a review or two before deciding. Prowl, Mirage, and Jazz look like the best three we've seen so far, imho.

If you don't mind me asking, was there a Bluestreak on display? I remember reading something about there being a Bluestreak Kre-o, but haven't been able to find any definitive proof yet.
General Magnus
Meh. Minifigs look cool tho.

It's all about the Kreon Minifigs.

I remember seeing the Kreon's but can't remember what kits they came with. There were many Movie and G1 kits on display.

There is a Kreon but I don't remember a full G1 kit for him. I was focused on the several awesome Optimus Prime Kits that were on display and the Kreon's. It's going to be a full line if they sell.

There's a photo of a mini Bluestreak figure in the latest TFCC magazine. So there's at least a mini figure.

I'll probably pick a few of these up, but Sideswipe is a definite pass. I just don't like how it looks.
SideswipePrime
man sideswipe looks the best out of all of these, and im not just saying that because im a huge sideswipe fan, but i do have 2 problems: his head is red, and his driver is red alert, with a black head

i think maybe the helmets not on all the way
Boy Blunder
Suddenly, I am given hope for a Sunstreaker w/ Hunter O'Nion driver...
moreprimeland
I really like the novelty of these guys..Glad to hear they're out there now..will track Prowl and company down for sure. Can't wait for Optimus to show up too!!
Autobot Burnout
Mirage looks pretty good. The rest...not so much.

Although if I could transplant that Sideswipe head onto my Generations Red Alert...

Also, am I the only one who finds it funny that Prowl is still a "Highway Patrol" car yet his human/holo driver is a SWAT trooper?
j.a.f.o.
My 6-year-old and I cruised by the new TRU by my house earlier today. While he was scoping out the Transformers and Legos aisles, he asked me if there would ever be such a thing as "Lego Transformers."

Sweeeeeeet.
transformerlego
it kinda look like lego may be
sh002
the little figures they come with are kinda cool.
blugel
i wish they would sell the kreons mini-figs separately, but i think i read that hasbro "has no plans at this time" to do so..
Rodimus Mike
I can't believe what TRU did,Jazz and Mirage are $12,while Sideswipe is $20 and Prowl is $17,so basically TRU is scalping the last two, what gives?
artiepants
MIrage and Sideswipe both look cool enough to me ~ my near 4 year old is just starting to get into "little legos" so these are right up our alley...

Jazz and Mirage are a different scale then Sideswipe and Prowl, look at the pice count (220 -vs- 119)
Dran0n
Can I just have the mini-figures?

Several Optimus Prime Kits? Do you remember what they were? I only remember seeing pictures of the big set and the really small set so far.
rodimus147
Do these actually transform? Or do you have to take them apart and put them back together in the other mode.
The_Black_Sheep
Competing with Lego, These actually hold their ground pretty well (Mirage looks like the pick of the crop). Definitely better than the crap that was "Built To Rule" - that's for sure.
Agent-GHQ
Absolutely a pure garbage! A waste of RnD that could have been well invested on G1 inspired...

errrr #1, I believe this is a new subsidiary of Hasbro, so it's taking absolutely nothing away from what you are getting in the main toyline (and you will likely be seeing these for most or all of Hasbro's successful brands) and #2, umm, well, these are G1 inspired, right?
