Kre-O Rotor Rage Set Found at US Retail

2005 Board Moderator and podcaster, Aaron, has spotted a new Transformers toy at US retail. Joining the rest of the new Kre-O figures recently released at US retail is the Rotor Rage set with Decepticon Vortex. Aaron spotted this set at a Toys R Us in Lafayette, IN.

I think it was already reported. I had found Vortex yesterday, and just made my normal post in the sightings thread, but I do believe it's already been spotted for at least a week now.

Need most of the 2012 stuff, but this guy is at the top of my list.

Is that at the beat up one off of Rt 52?? Kinda hidden behind some factories??
I know some folks at Fairfield and have been to that location...just wondered.

It was a beat up looking place, but glad you found something there.

Saw those at Toys R Us here in Albuquerque as well. I know I saw Vortex, Wheeljack/Knockout, Devestator, Autotroopers, and Vehicons. Want to say Prime Vs. Megs was there too, but can't remember. Hopefully this means the blind packs are almost out too!

Plus they were on a buy 1 get 1 half off sale! Ends July 28th!

It seems to me if you bought the Kreo sets for battleship and used those bricks with the Transformers ones there's potential to make new characters like Springer quite easily as the helicopters are dead similar only the robot specific bits would be needed to make a green transformable Helicopter robot it seems to me.

heh.. posted a vortex sighting in the ct sightings forum... didnt know it was worth a news credit. I picked this guy up, along with the cliff/vehicon and barricade/autotrooper sets. I rather like him, and the colors mesh a lot better in person.
