TV Boy Exclusive Transformers Prime Gashapon Optimus Prime Clear Red Version

Snakas (aka Autobase Aichi) has posted some pictures on Facebook of an exclusive item coming with the September edition of TV Boy magazine in Japan. Being given away free with the September issue is a clear red version of the Transformers Prime Gashapon Arms Micron Optimus Prime Blaster! The clear red version seems to have been inspired by Takara-Tomy's recent campaign of Hell Flame Arms Microns to mark the release of Darkness Megatron - one thing is certain, that this mold does look sharp in red plastic, especially in gun mode.

Yup! I'm a minicon collector, so I have my eye out for this one. Still waiting for the Hellflame microns from this past weekend to pop up somewhere other than BBTS.

Bodhar had them for like 10000Y shipped. Pretty good deal considering!

So glad I'm not being completist on these... Most of these microns are kind of "I guess I'll grab them... If they're cheap." for me...

For four microns plus shipping from Japan? That's not bad, considering how much these frequently go for.

^ We normally get these convention exclusives from the event itself (unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to launch ourselves this time round) so I'm finding it abit hard to swallow these at the said pricing.

I meant to say that we're usually gamed for convention or any exclusives upon immediate release in Japan or Hong Kong but somehow, we couldn't squeeze the time for these this time round so yeah, I missed those by a margin.

If one of us were there then it would be a completely different scenario. Sucks that we're boiled down with work duties hence we couldn't make the trip in time.

Its more like 32 a piece including shipping and not bad when you look at the price BBTS has it for. Still hoping to see it on eBay for the 99.99 with free shipping though.

The four Microns being given away are Zam (from War Breakdown), Glu (from Starscream), Nozi (from Vehicon) and Jida (from Terrorcon Cliffjumper).
