I've seen it, but it was part of a two pack with a DVD, never a stand alone figure as far as I know. Why not release that as a stand alone? Why the 6th grade girl's running shoes color scheme? Only a masochistic completist would buy this.

Woah-ho!I have not seen that version.I'm right now getting ready to tear apart my Deluxe Megs for a repaint from the Green version.I was wondering what colors scheme to go with but now I have a good reference for it.Thanks for sharing that link!
Funny,on a side note,I just turned my feet around on him like in these pics a couple of weeks ago.Looks better and it would seem others thought the same.

Perhaps you were unaware: the colour scheme you are describing already exists.

I have those guys (aka ARCHFORCE, Windchanger, and Wipeout) and I love them.
Really nice pictures, BTW.

[pulls eyes out and cleans them] Well so it is. Thanks!

Mardi Gras Megatron would look good only next to TF: Cybertron Megatron. Seriously… what is so hard about sticking to Megatron's colors: predominantly Gray, with accents of Red, Black, and purple.
This just looks silly. I feel so sorry for Megatron, since for a major character in the franchise, he's the only one whose toys frequently get the shaft. G1 Megatron was a horrible toy (I had two of them, due to the flimsy nature of the figure, he was the only one of all the G1 toys I ever broke.), TF: Cybertron Megatron was also in the mood for Mardi Gras beads. ALL the TF Movie Megatron toys were crafted to look like someone articulated a gray turd.

I know what you mean. It is just gaudy enough. Not like that Bludgeon GDO Megatron, making me gag everytime I see it at TRU

The blue is actually black.

There's something strangely alluring about that gaudy purple, blue, and orange Megatron…

Pardon my ignorance, but what makes this EZ Prime a G2 deco? It looks like red & blue as normal.

Beautiful pics.
Just wanted to say that it seems you weren't employing the waist swivel on teh deluxe Megs. Mine's pretty tight so I'm not sure if you noticed he had one.
