November Dengeki Hobby Scans

Courtesy of Cybergundam Blog and TFW2005 Site Sponsor Robot Kingdom (via their Facebook page), we now have new scans from the November issue of Japanese toy magazine Dengeki Hobby.

These scans give us a better look at upcoming Takara Tomy Arms Micron releases (such as Weaponizer Optimus Prime, Deluxe Wheeljack, Voyager Dreadwing and Optimus Maximus' Japanese releases) as well as other releases such as upcoming Masterpiece toys and the Arms Micron Orion Pax and Thundercracker exclusives.

I kinda want those Microns so I can make that pinwheel of doom. XD

Also digging the little jet dude that comes with Dreadwing. Hopefully that sucker will get redecoed down the road so I'm not tempted to pay import prices for that Dreadwing.

I think I just don't "get" the Arm Micron line. I don't see the appeal of piling a dozen of these little minicons on to a full-sized figure so that he's practically wearing a suit made of weapons. It totally clutters up the aesthetic to me, I can barely tell what I'm looking at.

But holy cow can I not wait for Thundercracker.

I don't think it's a jet. Looks like a shark. And I love it! I too hope those will be sold separately (or in packs with other microns) down the line. I don't want to get AM Dreadwing for shark micron.

I like figures that go overboard on weapons ala minicons but that's just a bit much for even me!

Weapons overkill is the right of all sentient beings. XD The Takara Weaponizer version of Prime is looking sharp; really dig that Matrix doohickey that can combine with the clear blue Ratchet AM to form the Star Saber.

I'm not sure, but I think they're keychains or danglers. Given the number of them, I think they're part of the Cybertron Satellite and they appear to be colour-coded for each of the "local commanders" from the promotion.

think one is a case for the Laserbeak tape and the other is a "cybertronian display" for SW's chest

but that's just my thoughts

I really think they need to throw in a tiny Soundwave in altmode... instead of that hand thing. That thing appeared one time in one episode for 5 seconds...
