Eh, I have the Commemorative Series Ricochet. I think paying another so many dollars for a repaint of Jazz isn't worth it. After all, you could just repaint Jazz and give him Cyclonus' Targetmaster, and the result would be the same.

Well, it's this or not-HOS-Shockwave. One of those two I will have to regret not having the money for. The other one, I shall convince myself, is a bit crap.

... except I really like his color scheme.

I was never really tempted by Jazz (even at discount at the overstock places). Sick of Carformers, to be honest. But this is really tempting. Might be because Ricochet's reissue was the second TF I got when I got back into collecting. Might be because I love Targetmasters. Might be because that color scheme is sexy.

... I'd buy it for American retail.

I wish this would come out in the US.. Jazz looks SO good in black... I may have to repaint a jazz in black and find another bot to make him.

Interesting, I could have SWORN we saw images of this carded recently, didn't we? Wonder why the change to a box here.

It's certainly not cheap, but custom repaints can be just as resource-draining between the time and skill required.

man, that looks so good... really want it, if i have the money once it's out, i may jump on it... wonder if it'll lose value the way Henkei Strafe did though, maybe if i'm patient it'll be cheaper later...

That's a good point. Ghost Starscream, Electro Mirage, Black Jetfire and Strafe's prices all decreased at some point, although I get the impression this mold and deco gets more credit that the rest.

Nope it was always boxed. The box mockup images first appeared back in August I believe.

Maybe, but I have a feeling this will be more desired than any of the other Generations Book exclusives. What with it not being a variant and an established character.

While this is definitely possible, I would think it'd be very different and would definitely NOT come with Nightstick / Nebulon.

yeah, i agree that this one will be most desired of these exclusives, but man, Strafe lost value like crazy... wasn't he like 100 when he first came out? now you can find him for half that, or less.

That is what i will be waiting for too under Encore series.

Back in April, I closed my eyes to the price and added it to the preordered list. Despite the fact that it costs more than Battle Tankor, I'm excited to see this update, which brings us closer to the release date.

To be totally honest, I'd completely forgotten about Stepper here but seeing these new pics has really fired me up. Whatever he costs, I want him!

Ah it's only £90.00 or so get a paper round or wait for a Jazz Bootleg then you can buy a Knockoff for under £20.00

Am contented with the flame,exactly the same as it's vintage version of Stepper.

That's the long and short of it for me.

I'm holding out his price will drop eventually, to. Electro Disruptor Ligier, another Million Publishing exclusive, has comedown in price in recent times.

I would be inclined to think the price of Electro Disruptor Mirage dropped because it's a variation of Mirage, rather than the original color.

This is probably the only United Stepper there'll be. I guess, a Hasbro version isn't absolutely out of the question...but even if it does happen, it's pretty likely to fall short of the United version.

Me too, with all the expensive stuff coming out, I can't see myself dropping more than $80 on it, but I will follow the stock levels on BBTS. But if they repaint Inferno into Artfire, I will be on it like a fat kid on cake, as well as another ladder set.


Yea, I am banking there won't be nearly as many paint apps on a Hasbro version if we get one, and it will probably lack the targetmaster. Though the differences would be hard to justify a $100+ difference for me.

But.....I am a classics whore, so as more people review it, it is going to become tougher and tougher to pass.

There is literally a ton of stuff out and coming out down the pike shortly, that I really don't have the want or desire to spend that much on a single deluxe. Especially a redeco. A cool redeco, but a repainted toy none-the-less.



I don't know if it will lack the Targetmaster, or rather I would hope it would not, since it seems to be the only addition at this point. I am a little disappointed that it does not appear to attach to the car in alt-mode in anyway.

With RtS Jazz lacking so many paint apps (the rear of the car, the rims, the grill, etc) you can bet a US Stepper wouldn't have the Targetmaster. Or if he actually did come with it, he probably wouldn't have the other gun and speakers. Even then I still think it's impossible (or at least highly unlikely) a US version would have the TM, because it's gang molded to Cyclonus.

We can't assume just because it is "Million Publishing exclusive" means the price will drop eventually,afterall,it is an exclusive
