Thanks to Tempting Collectibles and TFSource, along with a slew of Facebook and Forum members, we have another look at the upcoming Fortress Maximus Reissue by Takara and Encore Devastator with a new head, being rebranded as Anime Devastator, coming in green rather than yellow. very cool, i was thinking recently that a FM encore would be rather nice and there it is!

nice that takara is releasing a toy that is probably on many must have lists. Wonder if its a fresh mould or from original?

I may be crazy for doing it, but ordered! I have my vintage one but it's pretty badly yellowed. A mint one will be SO welcome.

Not paying the extra $50 though, I can wait. Shipping will be insane as it is.

Yeah, BBTS is the only that have him listed. I expect TFsource, Robot Kingdom and a bunch of other retailers to have him listed by the end of either this week or next week.

I checked Amiami, TFSource, Hobby Search, and HLJ- none of them have it just yet. I'm sure they will soon enough, but you can always cancel at BBTS later if you order now.

For something this big, ordering domestically may actually be cheaper.

I'm hesitant to spend over $300 on a transformer, but not when it's Fortress Maximus, I mean heck, he's the holiest of holy grails, and he's MASSIVE.

Can't wait to get him next year.

Though im not aware of any differences between the US & Jap release.
