Clear Image of Arms Micron Jet Vehicon

Site sponsor, RobotKingdom, has uploaded clearer images of the solicitation for the upcoming Arms Micron AM-16 Jet Vehicon. As previously reported, this figure is an extensive remold of the Robots In Disguise Vehicon figure with added wings and jet parts. This new image is larger and shows the upcoming figure off a lot more clearly then before.

I know we saw this exact picture but it was like 150 pixels square and you couldn't see any details. if the full pic was posted somewhere, it didn't make the TFW news feed.

yeah we've seen that picture before....but clearly going by responses not enough people saw it so good on the OP. I seriously want this, but even though it is totally show accurate I'll be leaving him in Bot mode.

The full picture here has been up at Robot Kingdom for weeks, but it was never given its own news thread or anything; the link was just buried somewhere in the replies to the original posting.

I don't remember where I nabbed it from, but I've had that same photo saved onto my desktop for at least two weeks now. I don't mind seeing it again though!

I don't see anything different here. Looks like the same picture. Even if it's a little more crisp, I still don't see a whole lot more than we did with the previous picture. *shrugs* Still cool lookin, though.

I just put in my pre-order for 2 (one for me and one for a local friend) and we're both of the same mind that even if Hasbro does put one out, having one slightly painted different isn't a bad thing.

Plus since he has clear windows anyway, there wont be a huge loss if you don't put the stickers on. thats my one major problem with the Takara zombie cliffjumper: his windows are stickers.

I actually have 2 on Pre-order (I just doublechecked), but I'm not so sure I'd cancel both of mine if Hasbro does have a version. Like JamesBenjamin said, it would be kinda cool to have a Tak version too, maybe make him the Vehicon Commander or something...

Plus I don't own anything Takara, so I'm kinda looking to check one out.

Hm... looks neat... albeit the "Jet Mode" looks like a car with wings... which is a bit quirky... Still, he's preordered nonetheless.

Gotta admit though... they should do retoolings more often. Look at FoC Sidweswipe/Jazz, both are retooled figures sporting the same basic transformation... but look very different in both modes. Good way to add variety rather than straight up repaints.

The retool on figure alone just really sets this apart enough from the regualr Vehicon figure.

Hasbro or Takara this is certainly bought on site!

So is this Vehicon a completely new mold? Or is it the the car with add-ons?

I mainly ask because the cockpit looks too much like a car's windshield.

Also, any idea if it is coming to the US as well? I've only seen it in with the Arms Micron line.

Not gonna bother unless it gets released in North America. I like TFP figures, but I'd rather not spend $30 for a deluxe that will have stickers instead of paint apps.
