They also have a page for Jazz and Optimus Prime. Jazz we knew about from the UK Toy Fair, but although it isn't surprising the Optimus listing is the first sign of there being one, I think.

I don't mind Shockwave as a deluxe because his form allows his to be tall in bot mode. As a deluxe I hope he has the mass shifting ability of Animated Lockdown or FE Bulkhead.

Shame they're just Deluxes, not that I expected anything more.

Anyways I really look forward to FoC shockwave, I finally get to fill another void in my collection.

I'm willing to bet Optimus will be a new mold as well, considering how he's had a redesign for FoC.

If we get shockwave AND all 5 dinobots .....

I am excited for this line, I love the FOC designs, especially that Jazz.

Another valuable piece towards completing my life.

Here's hopin that Optimus stands a little taller this time. Really hoped for a voyager but figured this was inevitable.

About the FOC line and their being 8 announced this year. Is the game not coming out at the end of the year? Could it be that the 8 announced (or hinted at, the 8 may contain Generations figures [I'm confused about the specifics]) are only for 2012 and there will be more to the line in 2013?

I've added to the main story that Kapow Toys have confirmed a May release date!

GENERATIONS - YAY!

FoC Optimus - Booooooo. Sure it was probably inevitably but yuck what a waste of a limited number of Gen spots.

FoC Jazz - Knew we were getting it but MEH. RtS did him perfect. Can't see ever needing another Jazz. Could maybe be saved by a working winch grapple but probably a pass.

FoC Shockwave - Finally a winner. God I hope this is a cool toy. Shockwave is conspicuously missing from my Classics shelf. Would have prefered a Voyager, but I'll take a tall deluxe. Please look awesome.

I don't like Optimus design, but I never got WFC Prime and if this figure is just as good quality wise, I may pick it up.

You never know, and I hope this is the case. Would make sense too. TFPRID for most of 2012, maybe movie toys in the first half, then FOC Generations in the second half and continuing into 2013.

What is shockwave's altmode in FOC. Never played the game.

sweetness. not gonna lie, i'm more excited for Shockwave than Jazz and Prime but will likely snatch all them up.

I'm just excited that this is a new "classics/generations" line that will run alongside Prime RiD eventually. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesnt make it out till fall though, and the "movie trilogy" line is early spring/summer.

All three bought (assuming Prime is a new mold)!

I'm waiting until I see some pictures, (hopefully some comparison shots also), before I get exicted. I remember jumping for joy when they announced Galvatron for the classics line a few years ago, until I saw the sad poc. I would prefer a vovager sized Shockwave and hopefully his robot mode is close to his G1 incarnation.

I wish I had a drooling Homer image. ^^ The idea of a FoC Deluxe Shockwave is just....

All these toy confirmations lately make me want to cry tears of joy, but we need pictures, damn it!

I have to say though, I'm especially happy to hear about this figure. Definitely gonna hunt it down before I go to college.

I wouldn't get hopes up for Toy Fair... Sure, it'd be great, but they'll probably show off the RID figures that are already showing up in stores, and MAYBE a few other things. I just want to know what happened to the Target Leadfoot/Twin Twist two-pack... oh, and DOTM Mirage...

IF it happens? Grimlock is going to be on the cover of the game, he's on the promotional posters, they're going to make a figure of him.

Also with Optimus will come Megatron.

More importantly, they're making Shockwave, who I was actually concerned about them deciding to make.
