Fall of Cybertron Kickback Test Shot And Starscream Transformation

Feels like it's been a while since we saw a test-shot like this. While I have no interest in getting Screamer, I do look forward to seeing who all they choose to repaint this figure as. Would be nice to see someone other than they typical six...like Sunstorm. While I don't think it would ever happen, a repaint as Dark Scream would be cool. Especially if they would give him a new head.

I'd buy this if they released it in those colours.

I'm still just enough beyond indfferent to buy it.

Would be nice to see Hasbro release all three deco potential decos of this mold, with reasonable availabiltiy, for a change.

The more I see of this figure, the more I really like it! The transformation scheme and overall appearance seem to hearken back to the unreleased Transtech Starscream.

Great, now I just made myself want it even more.

I'll only get this because I am an FOC completionist. I don't like Starscream at all.

looks a bit short and squat and too wide at the waist but it's WFC Scream so i'll bite. This will be my last deluxe figure, their just getting too plain and small to be worthwhile anymore imo. I'll stick to just MP's.

Looks like a reasonably nice toy of a Starscream design I'm not fond of. It's DOTM all over again!

Damn i hope Takara and their metallic colour schemes nail all the FoC figures like they have done for Prime and Jazz! That also means Shockwave needs the FoC metallic treatment too.

Is it Deluxe? I was under the impression that was Voyager. If it is Deluxe then great! Considering that Megatron is Deluxe, that will be in scale! I do not want a Voyager Screamer that is taller than Megatron. T.T

I expect this mold will be repainted just as much as Classics Starscream given time.

Argh, having to wait and see what Takara does is a little annoying. At least with Prime you knew that the AM versions would be "different" but now that Takara is back to doing "premium" versions, I have to wait it out and pass on the Hasbro ones at first.

im hoping he is a little taller than some of the other releases from this line

but it seems to be much more solid than some of the others (granted that could all be thrown out if the back of the legs are completely hollowed out like primes)

I like it a lot. Even if it is the FOC deluxe scale, I'll probably be getting a set of these in the seeker colors, if they offer them.

is this another really short deluxe? If there's one thing my collection don't need, it's one more tiny deluxe seeker.

I hope they release Skywarp and Sunstorm repaints. As of now though, I can hold out on Starscream until it goes on sale.

Hah, I would prolly grab a Sunstorm or Acid Storm repaint. Makes a LOT more sense in my classics collection that way.

It's a prototype/test-shot, which are rarely done in the actual colors of the final toy. They're basically test runs of the molds to check for molding errors or plastic tolerance issues.

I'm not the biggest fan of the FoC designs but I like em enough and this SS looks like the game model so....bought.

I know people will first and foremost want the standard Seeker repaints... but I reeeally think that at some point this mold should be repainted as Classics Triggerhappy.

I know. It's pretty spot on. It shouldn't be too hard to DIY, though. Just a repaint, head swap, and finding the appropriate Targetmaster.

Man, the lukewarm response is really killing my enthusiasm.

But taken on its own, it looks like a pretty cool mould. I've wanted a toy of the WFC Starscream design since the first game, and on top of that, he's supposed to come with the Neutron Assault Rifle from FOC, so I'm definitely still getting him, size or complexity be damned. I never bought Transformers just because I wanted HUGE toy or something silly like that.

This doesn't look THAT small to me, but need to see it next to WfC Megs/SW and FoC Shockwave for a decent comparison.

With a slight remold of the front end of the jet and a new head, he'd make a great FOC Jetfire.

Pretty spiffy. I assume that burgundy counts for two colors, otherwise Starscream would need a lot of paint to look right.

With how the FoC line's shaping up, that's almost guaranteed.

That alt mode kind of lends to G1 Triggerhappy's design. I wouldn't mind getting a repaint/new head of that mold. Good stuff!
