Good news Combiner Wars fans, the new Legends figures have been spotted at retail in the US! Dracula of The Allspark spotted the 1st wave of Legends figures at a Target in Arkansas. They share the same DCPI number(087061379) as previous Legends figures.
Happy hunting!

I paid 20 for Cosmos on Amazon, last month, because I had all but given up hope that I'd ever see him in a store, again. My default approach is to post a search on camelcamelcamel and snipe them off amazon as soon as they become available from Amazon.
It's kind of weird how my local Wal-Mart worked out. I saw Nemi/Cliffy about a week after I snagged them from Amazon. A month later, Skrapnel/Tailgate showed up. Now I see Cosmos/Swerve. It seems really random.

I actually went to the Target near the Puente Hills mall yesterday. haven't seen them there

I just found all four at my local Target in Holly Springs, North Carolina. They look really great. I'm not sure if anyone else has reported this or not but at my Target they were on an end cap down the aisle away from the rest of the Transformers section. Actually, they were right next to the ReAction Goonies figures.
HARD RAINBOW
Oh yea, baby! Found them today at a Target in Visalia, CA.
Powerglide is frickin' awesome, figure of the year all years. Brainstorm can eat my butt.
deltagod
They did yesterday.

After speaking with my Indo friends, I'm under the impression that $15.30 is a small drop in the bucket compared to how much people who live there make. Is it true that almost everyone there live in multi-million dollar condos and drive fancy exotics and sports cars?

the headsculpt is spot on but i think a lot of it is the paint apps. the silver in the grill the almost metallic candy apple red…..
windcharger outshines tailgate…makes the choice of getting the maketoys tailgate that much easier.
Omegax80
Got Windcharger in from Amazon (pre-scalper price) and I love this figure. Something about it is better than Tailgate, but I can't place it. Maybe the head sculpt or something.
Peaugh
The legs hold together okay, but they gap a bit.
LegendAntihero
I hope they hit Cali soon

I don't know, considering he came out some 8 months ago, and I just today saw Swerve/Cosmos and have yet to see Cliffjumper/Nemesis and Tailpipe/Skrapnel, I'm really not expecting to change my current ordering habits when dealing with my local store
As is, seeing those two make me less than enthusiastic that my local Walmart will Combiner Wars in a timely fashion (if at all, they ditched Generations last spring)

Bombshell is freaking excellent (except his arms don't tab in). But the paint apps are glorious.
Cosmoglide
That's a fair criticism. Bombshell also has a much better level of detail to him, which is probably why these are the same price but without their companions or any weapons. the paint apps on Bomby look stellar and the difference in headsculpt quality is certainly there. still, that's not an overly shocking development when you're talking about figures that came out as far apart as these 2. It does make me excited to see a new Kickback, though.
DOTM Bumblebee
WOW! That is AMAZING packaging!
Nevermore
Except for the colors not matching up.
Cosmoglide
Yea, now that I have him, I see Skrapnel all over the place. Seeing Cosmos today taught me a lesson. I will never pay over retail for a currently released figure, again.
bobtodd
Cool, thanks! There are some Skrapnels at our local Wal Mart. I guess I'll pick one up and patiently wait for Bombshell to arrive…
Cosmoglide
same size. They look fantastic next to each other. Found Bombshell, Windcharger and Thundercracker at a Target in Longview, TX, today. Considering Powerglide is the one I am most excited for, I was a little bummed not to find him, but oh well, the hunt continues.
bobtodd
How big is Bombshell in comparison to Skrapnel that comes with Reflector?

Stores in the US tend to do a thing called "cross referencing", in which they basic tell the computers to view a given item as "the same thing" as a prior assortment. That way, they can keep selling old inventory while replenishing with new stuff (ie, less end of line clearancing we in the US saw in the early/mid-2000s).
So until Hasbro "ends" Generations and completely rebrands the segment (ie, rename the line "Transformers: Legacy" or "Transformers: Universe" or something), stores are just going to keep the current SKU going, good or bad (Star Wars is SUFFERING in some respects because the current Black line is still viewed the same as the old "Vintage" branding from a couple years back, and Walmart lumped their exclusive assortment from 2012 in there as well, so some places have product 2-3 years old because of that)
