BraveMax:
Those are from the Diaclone release, right?
trystendaycey:
Scooters!!!!
Darkwing48:
I "tawt" Skids was blue. Will buy though
ORIO:
Those scooters are freakin sweet
Bgrngod:
They come with scooters? What the heck? I didn't click the link. Is that a 3rd party add-on or something? Neat, but I have no interest in these figs anyways so... meh?
03Mach1:
Are these a magazine mail in? I want.
Thundershot:
It's not the first time this mold included the scooter from Diaclone... My eHobby Crosscut has it too...
Grimlock_13:
I really want these. I think G1 Skids is totally underrated.

No, they're from the original Diaclone Honda City (pre-TF Skids). e-Hobby Crosscut included them too. Official product included with the set, not 3rd party.

The original is blue, this is the Transformers Generation 2009 Volume 3 exclusive with Screech.

Yes, and e-Hobby Crosscut.

jazzimus_prime:
I wonder if the head of Streech will be blue like the previous diaclone editions. It is strange because the first photos were showing it red and this come in a ugly grey...
I have tree diferent Skids, the Blue one, the e-hobby crosscut and one red Gig Skids. I also planning do a Custom Black Skids (like the diaclone) so I will complete the set whit this 2 guys.
freezowave:
You'll also notice the Crosscut mold of the City isn't the Turbo version and doesn't have the bump on the hood.
SPLIT LIP:
As long as they don't blow up if rear-ended, I'm interested.
ghowildseven:
Never knew they included the scooters, maybe considering getting them.
Fosterlager:
These two will go great with my other E-Hobby toys!
reave:
Same crappy mold, new crappy colors. Rare or not, Skids was always a turd.
Powersa:
probably limited to 2,000 pieces but i can not find the appeal other than they are rare. Same goes for the limited run of G1 Ironhide and Ratchet in movie color.
KupDidntCThis:
I do really like and want!
Autobot_Wall-E:
Do the scooters transform?
Anyway, the red one's (Screech?) color scheme looks better IMO even though green is my favorite color. In car and robot forms. Also, they look really simple to transform.
Josh:
its geewun skids & mudflap
oh joy....
*rolls eyes*
PoweredConvoy:
I wish their faces wouldn't have been silver but gray like the earlier versions. Now that Screech's head is gray, they should have made the face orange. I do like the green on Skids more in these photos, but between the changes to the head and removing the black for gray, I'm not as excited about them.
Randy
The_Black_Sheep:
Yeahhhhh, I'm sure the hardcore fandom will be fighting each other for these 2...
Bumblethumper:
I might check out Mudflap. Is that a new headsculpt?

It was used on one of the Diaclone versions. Think Trailbreaker and Hoist.
Jarodimus:
Man, these guys look good. I'm weakening....
Shark Jumper:
I keep imagining Screech sounds like Screech from Saved By the Bell....
PoweredConvoy:
Let's hope not.
alien:
i wonder how is packaging look like..? G1 style...?
swampflight:
The scooters look like they are made for Diaclone driver figures.

Correct.

Good question. They might just use the packaging for Encore Skids, or that of eHobby Crosscut with the Takara labels being replaced with TakaraTomy. They could be plain white mailers too.

Black Ironhide and Green Ratchet used the Encore packaging. Guardian Robot used the same clamshell and packaging as Encore Omega, save the new full-sized art on the front of the box.
PoweredConvoy:
Yes I have all of those. The Black Megatron & Sunstorm used the same packaging as their originals (mostly) except with the new logos & trademarks etc.
I would tend to think they'd use the Encore Skids packaging, except they'd have to make a new plastic insert for the scooter unless they package them inside the cars - or Crosscut's fits in Encore Skids' box.
Randy
AutobotSkids:
If these guys aren't too expensive, I'll happily pick up a Skids. No Screecher though, I don't need two. But I dig Screecher's color Scheme.
