face looks ugleh, but it looks like they made the canopy hinged at the top with the locking tab at the bottom.

TORQ III, from the second season. Looking at the 'toon ep pics again, the resemblance is slight; I think it was the big weird-looking eyes that did it.

Anybody think this face is gonna be like those "heads" that were made for Ratchet? Paper/board that can be placed in or out depending on preference? I'm not particularly fond of the look of the new face myself.
That said, I'll still get him, regardless of whether the face is molded in or slide-in. My base-bot obsession demands it.

Yeah, when you add a cartoon nod to an original toy like that, you have to make sure it's done right. Maybe it's just glare, but it just doesn't look like any face I've seen on Omega.

Well, I must admit that this new face looks more like a "racoon mask" than an accurate Omega Supreme face. Unless,of course, it's not the very final product even though it is advertised as a Stock picture. Still, the tought of having,at last, a Minty and complete Omega compensates for that little drawback...

they did G1 cartoon faces for both Rachet and Ironhide I don't see why the wouldnt do the same for Omega I'm guessing it's just a weird angle or snapshot.

I MUST have this, face or no face. Worst case scenario, I darken the visor with "Sunstorm battle damage scorch marks" so I can't see the face if its that bad, and can't be removed somehow.
