how big are they? $50, even in Canadian Dollars, is alot if they're smallish figures.

I don't have the actual toys, but if I remember correctly from all the times I've seen them at Botcon the Insecticons are each about Scout class-sized, or the size of a very small deluxe. Perceptor is about Beast Wars Mega or BW Ultra-sized. So it would make sense that one pack is the Insecticons, the other is Perceptor.

Insecticons are indeed small scout sized. I got the Takara reissue pack a while ago.

Fortunately I already have the insecticons Takara TFC reissue, so I only need Perceptor. In a good way I really hope they go out of stock and be a success, so that Hasbro will be encouraged to reissue more G1 toys, especially non-reissued ones! Man, I'll disassemble my few KOs and eat them piece by piece if they reissue them

I'm wondering what packaging these are gonna have? I got rid of my TRU G1 Soundwave and picked up the Encore one because I like the vintage style box. I'm hoping they do something like what the 1st series TRU reissues had, but my gut tells me they're do something dumb.

The listings we saw of these are from TRU Canada, so we already know the price of Perceptor there-- $50. The question is how much he's going to be in the U.S.
