DJCHARTERS:
this was KO'd pretty quickly. looks aright tho quality wise by the pics
JazzEd:
Looks awesome! Is there a price for it already? You think you could swap out the internal workings for a more memory if you wanted?
Dys:
How the heck is this even possible when the official version isn't out or hasn't even been seen on eBay yet?

1.Device Label Ravage is easy work for those professional industry designer even there are only some official pictures.
2.Maybe Device Label series not manufacutre by toy factories as usual, but by some other device factories, and some prototype leaked long times ago,but since it's different pipe so we couldn't touch.

Maybe some guy stole a finalized ravage sold it to some people and they were able to make a mold off of that
sorry if i got that totally got that wrong I'm not sure how KOs are made
Malunis_T:
I'd be afraid of getting this. What if it has a virus? XD
I find this a little intriguing. Would it be possible to find them at a cheaper price (if these were in stores)? If so, I could dig that more than the official one.
Scaleface:
I wonder if we will get KOs in different colors... like as a Cobalt Sentry in blue.
venomfrlife:
i'm trying to figure something out... how are things considered knock offs when several different companies make transformers products & none of them are licensed by Hasbro. Every day I see a different item that someone is selling ... God Sword, Commander Trailer set, or every other different over priced repaint in the book...the Henkei "Gentei" exclusives Thrust and Dirge. Is there a set standard anymore or is it just whoever gets better advertisement is the winner & the looser is a "knockoff"
Sledgehammer:
*has a quick nose at xe.com*
£12.70 inc. shipping? Colour me intrigued. Heck, I might just buy one of these to do a paint-job on.
Razorclaw:
I am intrigued as well. So this costs about 25 USD (shipping included in the price)?

*jumps back on xe.com*
More like $20.

EVERYTHING not officially licensed by Hasbro or TakaraTomy is a knockoff or bootleg product.
In your examples, the God Sword is an unlicensed reproduction of an actual Takara product... the City Comander set is a derivative unlicensed work... and Thrust and Dirge are official TakaraTomy products.
Lucs:
Wow the first pic I've seen with Ravage's mouth closed, I was wondering about that.
245am:
i bet some chinese factory workers were making usb flash drives during their lunch breaks.
I had no interest in these before, but a 16gb usb ravage, even if it's a KO would be really tempting...
BurnZ:
I like the 2 that look like they're playing in the group shot.
Might have to buy a KO one so the real one I buy isn't lonely. (and doesn't take another chunk of my money)
grimlock1972:
sadly no KO surprises me much any more although im kinda shocked they haven't also Koed Tigatron from the device label as he isn't much more than a repaint
ghowildseven:
The KOs are just coming out with new stuffs faster and faster
cheetorBWORG:
If ANYBODY knows the person who makes these KO's, ask the guy to make a Cheetor/Cheetas version!!! I'd buy a 16Gig version of THAT!
mizuki088:
I want one even it is a KO. (Mass production ravage)
icefox:
I was going to mod mine to hold a larger size so having a KO 16GB is sold for me.
Blasterpwns:
If Ravage is in the works...
Get me a Knock off Device Label Blaster and Twincast STAT!
Bgrngod:
Can they please just KO the dang thing into an SD adapter? That'd be ideal. But I guess it would be hard to find a spot to put the SD card in. Dangit! Thwarted my own idea there.
What kind of software do you think comes on that thing? Not sure that I would trust it. My web browser might get permanently redirected to a site trying to sell me property in Cuba or something.
ORIO:
I'll buy if they do a Steeljaw repaint to go with my Blaster
BB Shockwave:
OK, how do you register and buy this? I don't speak chinese...
My biggest gripe with Ravage is the price - for 50-60$ plus shipping only 2 GBs? You can buy 50 GB pendrives for that price in HUngary.
Omegax80:
Awesome. More gig makes this more appealing.

The definition for Knockoff is "An unauthorized copy or imitation" which fits this Device label Ravage, and any other illegal copies of Hasbro and Takara products.
Products like City Commander, the A3 Superion Upgrade, and Knight Mopher Commander figures are basically "unlicensed" products. Their based off designs that Hasbro and Takara own, but the product is made from scratch and does not copy any existing product that has been released. Looking up the actual definition for "bootleg" has made me realize now that all these 3rd party products do fall under that label. I actually thought knockoff and bootleg had the same meaning, but bootleg means "To produce, distribute, or sell without permission or illegally".

It probably has 2 gigs full of porn
Dran0n:
That was a fast KO-ing.
Triggerhappy:
I hope these get released worldwide - either officially or unofficially it's just the kinda thing that would do well in HMV at xmas! I'd get them!
Shin-Gouki:
If there are larger sizes coming I might buy one, the only reason I was not interested in the real one is it's only 2GB
starscream-99:
Are they cheaper money wise?
Scaleface: Quote:

SOLD!
More seriously though, aren't there some MP3 players who have no memory built in, instead having a slot of a memory stick to hold their solds. So technically you could put MP3s on this Ravage, plus him in and play music on him. Might be fun.
cheetorBWORG:
Cheetor repaint, please! ;-;
TRANS+CRAZY:
What the?! A Ravage USB flash-drive?!
So gotta get me one, maybe two, of them... *reads Dys post on first page* when it's released, of course.
Angelwave:
Wow if it's only $20 I might bite. I can't justify the price of the real deal...but this will be a snap.
PrimulArchangel: Staff Edit - 2005 Staff
I will get me this KO ravage, the real one is way over priced. I hope they KO the Blaster too .
Feralstorm:
I'm sure Tomykara is just loving this.
Fedorp4pbest:
im sold as well, but wouldnt it figure that the damned ko would come out before the official. why cant these guys release something when they say they will. im sick of getting preorders and the date getting pushed back months.

To my knowledge Taobao only handles transactions within China. The pictures seem to include the seller's e-mail, so you can contact him directly.
That being said, according to his Taobao account this is the first time the seller is offering anything for sale, so he has not built up any reputation yet for reliability.
And S250 is right. This knockoff only has 2GB. The 16GB version is an upcoming release (maybe a redeco?)
BB Shockwave:
That's not an email address sadly... it's a webpage
HERE - it's a chinese facebook-style page, but not even Google Translate can handle it.
Anyone here speaks chinese and could help me where to click to get the guy's email address?
eabevella:
Well, there's not much information on the seller's blog, you have to register as the site's vip member (which means, to pay) to see contact details (if there are any).
And even if the seller is willing to ship the thing to overseas, how to pay it will be a problem. If I remember right, they only open VISA payment for Taiwan and Hong Kong people, otherwise, you have to do oversea remittance through bank. So the better way imo is to ask a Chinese friend to buy it for you, safer too, for all those Chinese interface xp.

When is the legit version supposed to be out?
